Ok, DH and I made it to the gym!!!!!!!!! It wasn't even that bad, so one hour on the treadmill for me today :)

Woohoo!!! Way to go!!!

I will get this weight off...I can't stand it ! LOL ! I need e-food...

e-food......that would be nice....LOL

I can't take it anymore either!! None of my clothes are comfortable anymore and I refuse to buy the next size up :glare:

congrats on getting up and going! i haven't been to the gym in a month eeek and not sure how to fit it in, but i have to do something.
and speaking of e-food...has anyone considered the idea of choosing and using the juice flavors to help curb food cravings? i'm hoping that will actually help....still a theory to be tested....

Ok, got my starting-off-really-slowly 10 minutes of weights and light stretching in this morning.

I've never noticed e-liquid flavors having an impact on food cravings, but I've read posts around the forum that they do take the place of snacks for some people. For others the flavors work as a trigger. sigh.

Yay CES! Way to get on it.
Beans-I used to do the coffee and vape. My other half brings me a teaspoon of cottage cheese and 3 strawberries cut in half in the mornings now-lol. I eat the cottage cheese in one bite-ugh and chase it with the strawberries!


For dessert I usually mix 1 ½ cups 1% milk, 2 eggs-beaten, 1 ½ tablespoons of SweetLeaf sweetener, 1 ½ teaspoons of espresso or instant decaf granuals, ½ teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa, and 1 teaspoon of flavoring-any kind or a combo of your favorite. Divide this mix into 4 ramekins and place in a skillet with water that comes halfway up the sides of the ramekins (I usually have the water already simmering). Cover with a lid and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Remove from pan and cover with plastic wrap (the wrap should touch the top of the custards to prevent that pudding film from happening). Place in refrigerator to chill. When serving I crush 4 chocolate chips and sprinkle on top.

Behead you? I CONGRATULATE YOU! You looked marvelous at the meet! Eyeing the pantry stuffed full of white stuff: sugar, crackers, etc.....

Afternoon ladies, what a great thread! Don't behead me for what I am about to say-lol. In the past 8 weeks I have lost 18.5 lbs.

This recipe was made by a weight watchers member. 1 C = 1 pt. according to her calculations. I only make this every few weeks because I would tire of it in a hurry. It tastes like a slightly spicy vegetable soup.

Eight Can Soup

1 15 oz can Corn (only can drained)
2 cans Hormel Meatless Chili
1 15 oz Veg-All
1 15 oz can Navy beans
1 can Campbell's Old Fashioned Vegetable soup
1 15 oz can Italian Green beans
1 15 oz can Tomatoes and Okra

Heat to a simmer.

Thanks and get your head out of the pantry! If you were here in the mornings I would happily slide mine over to ya. Not that I don't like it, I just don't like it in the morning. Come to think of it, I only like cottage cheese with canned peaches and the peaches aren't back on the eating list yet.
