Today is not going well, though I am at least controlling serving size, I already know I will be a few hundred calories over by the end of the night.....
Oh, i know I mentioned flavor water earlier in this
thread, and how I was drinking that more and pop less....but having probs with acid reflux because the carbonated flavored water had a lot of citric acid in it....
I went back to the store and found 2 more waters that, although not carbonated, have very LITTLE citric acid and are good, also no calories. I checked some crystal light that I had in my cabinet and was surprised to see citric acid as the FIRST ingredient so a no go there I guess lol!!
Fruit2O - I really like thier strawberry, and Vitamin Water has a good strawberry kiwi. But Fruit2O's natural strawberry is really good!! I got grape too, which was okay, kinda light for me, and peach, which I haven't tried yet. I also have some diet pop as well, which are 0 calories, but still, aren't healthy, so, more water for me.
