I DID pass on the biggest box of rayon. Mine only has 500 feet. I should blow thru that in under 80 years.

I got the same one.I've had it for over a year,and with me and my son both using it,i think that 3 pounds may have dropped to 2.98 pounds haha,so i figure we should be good for at 120 years haha.

Second thought, and question, I have state DL, passport and D.O.D ID, which one would you use?

None of the above. The last thing I'm going to be doing is photocopying ID's and mailing them off to companies. This is a huge identity theft risk. Companies should be explaining in great detail how they're going to protect this information if people are going to carelessly send this type of info.

I don't think the Age verification has to be in place until the end of the year.

Ohm's vape, my juiceman, says his attorney says they'll only need ID copies. MOST people are already trusting vendors with the CC info. Your ID with just your name, address and birthday is FAR less of Any risk than the CC info people have already been sending. You can black out everything else on the license.

Anyone with a problem with that is just another sky is falling paranoid.

I am pretty sure that Age verification IS in the Cole-Bishop amendment. It isn't reasonable to expect someone not old enough to buy a cigarette still being able to buy nic juice.

So far as this mania that EVERYTHING even remotely related to vaping IS now Tobacco, that's real funny since Lightning Vapes has already said They Won't be checking ages for wire. That's FACT from a current major vendor not just more Sky is Falling hysteria.

Compromise a credit card? Call the credit card company and get a new one issued.

Give me a copy of a driver's license or passport and I can impersonate you, ruin your credit, and commit crimes as you. Now, as YOUR identification was used for this, try getting your name cleared.

Ask any law enforcement officer what can happen if someone gets a copy of your identification and goes nuts with it. Then come back and tell me that it's no big thing to send a photocopy all over the place.

That may very well be the case, we will have our first case of civil disobedience from a retailer.

What assurances has LV given you that the list will never be expanded? And remember it isn't their call to determine the list, they are just taking a WAG where FDA might draw the line. Or,. This may be an intentional preselection just to get the mechanics in place.

They jumped the gun by 2 full months. What happens when FDA decides what will require age verification and starts sending out enforcement letters?

I certainly will NEVER copy my idnetification and send it in. Look how many cc are compromised all the time. I'm not having that happen with my identity.
