Amazing work, West! I'm also shocked you scraped it! That was just wonderful!

I do have an Xvo (2, actually), and almost did NOT get one due to what I thought about the button placement. In fact, that was my biggest concern. Turns out that just as dru said, it's incredibly easy, and comfortable. The throw is quite minimal, and tho is does have some tactile feeling, it's definitely on the softer side of presses. I find I can just as easily grab it with my ring finger on the button, or turned around, I can fire it with the palm of my hand!

I love the design as well. I call them Seatbelt, yes, both are named Seatbelt. ;)

another addition:

Merbau by continental mods: http://continentalmods.eu/galeria/galeria2/
size: 29*57*92mm
atty depth: unknown (comes with height adjuster in 11m, 26mm and 36mm)
atty diameter: 24mm
board: N/A (mechanical)
wattage/TC: N/A (mechanical)
battery: 26650
cost: $230,-

there are more out there than I thought, but sofar I still like the Xvostick the best, it is one of the smallest devices and has a decent feature set, for not to big a price (compared to some out there that is..still expensive), also like the look the most.
But the Minion of tek-division also looks pretty good to me though :)

dru, this one calls to me........ wow. I don't do mechs, but I DO do admiration.

(and I know.....I said double do)

Two solid endorsements of the Xvostick. Hmmm. Might have to take a second look.

What's your shelf space?
Ha! I can always add shelves but I'm pretty happy with my Reo. Considering I have an Xvo stick that hasn't shipped, a Kangxin squonker that hasn't shipped & now a Kato that hasn't shipped my shelf is pretty empty.....

Please chime in with your take on the XvoStick when you get it.

Did the Athena eNVy 22 change recently? I just was looking on their website and it lists a Replaceable 18650 battery rather than a Internal one?

Brand: ATHENA
Watts: 5-75w
Work Voltage: 0.0V-6.7V
Reistant Fit: Regular 0.1 - 4.0 ohm/TC 0.05-0.5ohm
Charge: Micro 5pin 1A usb charge port
Battery Chip: Replaceable 18650 battery
Screen: OLED screen
Special Feature: all in box mod, match atomizer less 22mm
Contact Pin: Spring Loaded 510 Contact Pin
Color: Silver,black,brown

I have never heard of these before, I have to say, the side by side with the tank down into the box is pretty slick!

OH so glad this thread popped up! It had slipped my mind, and now I'm glad it's back. (my mind, that is)

Damn! I was just looking for one of these this weekend too! Unfortunately I decided on a Kato clone for my Fountain 2 so this will have to wait......How many mods is too many anyway? ;)

How high can ya count?

Please chime in with your take on the XvoStick when you get it.

I have to say that all these side by side mods really excited me. I find a tank screwed into the top of a mod really poor form factor for me. It's not pocket friendly, if dropped the tank is exposed & it just seems like a poor way to get the job done. I realize it's always been this way but I switched to drippers & now a squonker box since I find the tank screwed to the top of the mod the least appealing way to vape. I'm hoping the side by side is the next wave of modern vaping.

I so hope you are right fishwater, I am so over mods with the tank on top.....I am not sure I'll ever go back to them.
I will only consider them if
a) they provide much better quality (like provari radius) or
b) a new major technological breakthrough is made and is not available in the side by side factor or
c) (lot less likely) if they amuse me through some strange form or other quirk and are inexpensive

Precisely. Our thinking about mod design should begin in the pocket or purse, and certainly the hand. Going bigger is always easy. Small, light and functional is always more difficult. Same with car design.
