Basically a machine that was a medical grade mixing machine.
You have your nicotine tank, ofcourse with double sealed locks made out of stainless steel, as it is a fairly toxic poison. These are delivered to you and installed by service personel and aren't touched until they're emptied. Maybe 300ML of nicotine. At 3ml of 36mg a day, this supply should last 3 years. Minus waste. Significantly longer for other, less vape happy people.
Then you have your 2 Gallons of PG/VG in a seperate mix tank, along with your flavoring mixtanks, several micropumps. You program in a
juice formula, or upload it to the machine via USB key. Then you punch in a ML amount, nicotine strength, and put a bottle of
juice into the nozzle. Presto. Insta juice.
After each mixing, the tubes would be flushed with distilled water, then dried. Whole process shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes.
In my opinion, this machine could be built for under $2000, could permenantly nip juice costs in the bud, and be shared by an e-cigarette enthusiast community.
EXTENSIVE testing would be required. if one of the propylene glycol pumps failed, and your juice came out mostly nicotine, that could be real, real nasty. However, I think a potential saftey measure would be a final mix chamber, where the final juice was deposited, and tested for nicotine content.
At any rate, a dramatic simplifier for suppliers, and maybe an expensive toy for the REAL hardcore e-cig enthusiast, with enough money to burn to realize the lost term cost savings.
