Pardon my cynicism regarding China and corona virus. Three weeks ago they reported six new cases. Two weeks ago, they reported sixteen new cases - and this with that enormous population. Maybe so; maybe no, but if that's their honest rate of spread, it is quite difficult to believe the disease is a plausible excuse for shipping delays.

My intel, from Hong Kong, insists that the air traffic from Asia to the US has been dramatically reduced, thus shipments that normally would have piggybacked on passenger or commercial flights were curtailed / reduced .. and, container on the water shipments that arrive on the West Coast are taking an inordinately long time to process and get into the pipeline ..

I found that to be a reasonable / plausible explanation ..

You can fill your tank while waiting for the batteries. With whatever coil your using, install coil in base and add 4-5 drops of your juice into the coil. Then screw on the top of the tank,open the slide and finish filling.

Me, I'm a boneless wing guy .. bone in wings just got too messy, so, I started going with the boneless cousins some time ago .. probably sacrilege to some wing devotees since a boneless wing is really not a wing at all ..

I like a fairly mild sauce .. you start getting into that Sauce from Hell range and it's just not for me .. multiple issues with that .. .. blue cheese dip and some celery sticks, just the classics, please ..

Pardon me, but does that not kind of defeat the whole idea of an upgrade .. ?? I mean, I still have Twists / Spinners that I can use with the EVODS / Coils .. also, the Solo might feel somewhat humiliated ..

First Question :: Batteries got here this AM .. should I put them in the charger before doing anything else .. ??

Agree with all the above, full charge first. And, as a general tumb rule, do NOT run them down to flat. Of course, the regulated mod will ( well, supposed to and probably will) cut off on low voltage before then, to not damage the battery.

I tend to swap to a fresh cell when I change or refill the topper.

Well, yeah, maybe it partially defeats the idea of an upgrade. BUT. The solo will soldier on with replaceable batteries, the Spinners will eventually not. So the adapter could be seen as a fall-back when they fail and you still have 20,456 Evods

Good point .. I'm leaning toward keeping the the EVODS and the coils anyway, since who knows what the future may hold .. I also have several large medication bottles filled with old coils that got to the point where they could not be re-wicked, but I saved them anyway .. Cathy (clnire) told me a long time ago that they can be recoiled ..

Yes, they can be rebuilt, although smaller and more "fiddly" than a real RTA. Heck, they're what I (and likely many others) started with.

16GA needle for wrapping the coils if I remember right, it's been awhile.

Nothing to be confused about. You don’t know how much of a charge those batteries have so charge the dang things
