I set my thermostat, and the heat came on, and on, and on, until I was roasting. Called maintenance, except he arrived late, and I was gone. We have a specific appointment this afternoon.No rain here...but definitely much cooler...

See the 'circle' in the picture. It's a tie down for the 'copters. It's ankle deep for the little tyke and it was filled with water ... and yes ... he found it and stuck his foot in the only puddle on acres of concrete.

I'll admit it's not the healthiest .. and I may have Bacon instead of ham .. gravy wise, I use a pre-made, which is really good ::
And, I only indulge to this level maybe once a month ..
.. I also know I probably should not eat in front of the TV .. but I'm a multitasking kinda Guy .. ..

I can see my TV/monitor from living-room, kitchen, and dining area. Only trouble is that the cc is a struggle to read. Hopefully when I get my new glasses it will be easier.

My philosophy any more is :: If an occasional dietary indulgence shaves some time off of whatever time I have left, oh well .. my intake of chocolate, ice cream, ding dongs, ho hos, Twinkies, Krispy Kreme, pecan pies, etc, etc, has all been severely curtailed or totally eliminated .. thusly, partaking in some tasty non-desert food periodically is one of the few Sensual Delights I have left ..

When I'm dining out, which isn't very often, I don't restrict myself, and I enjoy every decadent bite... I'm just very aware of my weaknesses and know what things I would be unable to resist if they were sitting in my kitchen...

Happy to say I have no dietary restrictions but I'm not a big pastry eater anyway. Chips are sounding good though.............
