I've been undecided on getting my 2nd booster / 4th shot .. now that the Media is playing up the new surge, it's back on my brain ..

Thoughts .. ??
Well, I got my second Pfizer booster this week. Not as committed as I was last year for the first shot. I think I finally decided that it was free, so why not. I guess I just did not want to blame myself if I came down with covid.

That's not a helpful reply, but it's hard to stay in panic for over a year.

I can make a 10K guitar, fix a computer almost in my sleep, etc, but I can't put a harness on a dog ..

Try putting one on a cat. :pop:

Yeah, and sadly, never far away...

We've had our shots and one booster. While I've been cogitating waiting until a bit later, say when the next flu shots roll out, there's nothing as constant as change.... so timing on that could change, as well. And also considering asking for the Moderna as a booster, since mix and match seems to be beneficial, and all our prior ones were Pfizer.

Pfizer here .. call me old school, but I'd stick with a Pfizer 4th shot myself .. that is, if and when ..

My public activities were much curtailed throughout most all of the last couple years or so due to the Pandemic, as was everyone elses .. I've been breaking out of that shell yet still don't have any major plans to travel .. although Abbey Road on the River is coming up and I'd like to make that ..

Last year, when I went to S. Carolina, I had no issues ..

Funny timing, my DH and I were talking today about when we want to get the next booster, our first one was in early December. COVID is flourishing here in MA. We're masking when in public spaces because he's high risk. Some places you see more masks, other places not so many. It's kind of interesting. I've noticed more women than men wearing them.

Waves hand - I can harness a cat!! I put a harness on my kitty and did basic leash training indoors before taking her outside and letting her lead me around the yard. She loved it and got to be demanding - you're outside, how come I'm not with you? LOL. BicaCammoflage.JPG

I would have never believed it possible either if I had not seen it with my own eyes. My friend's son took this cat out after supper every night for a walk on a leash.

I have had a bunch of cats in my life but never tried a leash. Probably because I never let my cats outside.

09AEB7A9-DA1B-4028-864C-4DBEAEF761E3.jpeg ROFL. You can see the leash attached in this pic. She took over a footstool on the porch to chill when we were sitting out there. My neighbors were very amused when we were out in the yard. I did it the same way I got her used to traveling in the car-bit by bit. She’s great on the road too. Maybe I missed my calling and should be a cat trainer/whisperer?

Terrible sleep habits here. Rarely to bed before 3 AM and usually up by 6 or 7 usually, although I do occasionally "sleep in" until my phone rings at 8:25 to remind me to take my morning meds. I frequently fall asleep in either my reading chair (fairly well reclined) or at my computer (on a tall task stool, which confounds my wife as to why I don't fall off). I suppose my total sleep time may approach 6 or 7 hours a day, but it would be hard to tell for sure without some fairly fancy 24 hr monitoring.

I definitely intend to get my 4th shot; It's like everything else - "when I get around to it" is a fairly nebulous concept. I've been pondering about whether to get another Pfizer or switch to Merck(?). Doctor says they are so similar it hardly makes a difference.

This is my 3d planned weekend fishing get-away trip. And just like the 1st two the forecast is for rain and scattered thundershowers all weekend. What the heck! May be spending the weekend at the Millheim Tavern. They've got some nice micro-brews as well as good food.

    Hola .. :)

From the get go, I have been very skeptical of this so-called crypto money craze .. I always saw it as Monopoly Money, yet after it's big run up in value, I was somewhat jealous I did not get in on it at the ground floor ..

Now, it seems to be crashing through the floor .. I don't know if people just finally came to their senses or some other reason is causing it's crash ..

Don't get me wrong .. the Bitcoin is still worth some dough .. especially if you bought in early on .. yet, I think there were many that got in on it late and poured their life savings into it ..
