Good morning to the young at heart
Good morning to you too. The day has started out nicely although I am NOT really feeling the young part today. I am sure it will improve after my coffee.

Although the nearest store of any size is more than 10 miles away, we, oddly, have a local pizza place about 2, which puts all of the chains ones to shame. And is sometimes the best option after being out in the garden / yard all day :)

Besides, pizza done properly has ALL the food groups. :pervy:

Good afternoon, all. I hope everyone had a good weekend. I was outside until dusk and almost got the pool area cleaned up. Later today I will put another pass of weed & feed before adding the grass seed.
I watched a new to me television show, Carbonaro Effect. If you haven't seen it, it's a show like the old Candid Camera. The host is a magician. I enjoyed a nice laugh after not being able to get any sleep last night. Oh, the beans turned out great yesterday for dinner, Yes, I had another bowl for lunch.

Meet Me in St Louie Louie
I do love a great pizza pie .. and, I'm not really partial to the thick or thin crust style .. I like about each crust as well as the other .. even a Little Ceasars while it's still hot and fresh is not all that bad .. you just don't want it to get cold and it's crap the next day ..

When I stayed in NYC for a time, I learned the 'fold the slice in half' routine, as well as 'drink your canned soda with a straw' bit ..

Lastly, many cities claim to be the pizza hub, with which all other cities revolve around .. St Louis has some great spots, Chicago has some really great spots, but NYC beats them by a nose ..

I like your perception, Rat.
Thank you. (I think) I was not trying to be funny. (as hard to believe as that is) I am genuinely glad he is acting more like what I am used to. It is a good thing.

Brought it up on my Firestick and you are right. It is funny. I used to love Candid Camera. I have never heard of this guy but magicians amaze me and scare the bejesus out of me too.

I
would never date a magician even if he did have a good beard. Oh the freaky things they can do. Sheesh!

Thanks for the recommendations and the chuckles.
