You're welcome. I had seen it listed in the guide but didn't know anything about it. Yesterday, I was doing something online and had the tv on for background noise. I finally had to stop what I was doing and see what was happening. It got the jelly roll bouncing for a while.

Can someone please explain to me why a Lifeguard Captain in California makes $510,283 a year?
I understand you have to include overtime and benefits but what is "Other Pay". I am not getting any of that as a caregiver. Or overtime for that matter. heehee

I am grateful to lifeguards. The last time I actually got in the ocean water I was in my 20s. The sun always makes me sleepy for some reason and I fell asleep on a raft out in the ocean.
A cute little guy woke me up and I swear to you, I came close to being lost at sea. I could not have seen the shore even if I had had on my glasses. He earned whatever pay he got that day on his marathon swim. Aaah, what a wonderful memory. That was back when people knew I had hipbones. Thank goodness I have a picture (and the bikini) so I remember what it looked like. A black bikini with black and white strings. Gosh, I bet I could make a fortune doing a before and after commercial for Jenny Craig. Hmmmm.
I imagine that is why I never went back out past my ankles. This irrational fear is quite inconvenient when you are in need of a restroom.

I did too. The illusions are amazing. Some of the stuff is so ridiculous that it is hard to believe people really fell for it. But if I am being honest, I probably would too most of them. Not the dehydrated dogs though. I would never have fallen for that one. And I would love a pair of self-tying tennis shoes. Heck, I'm laughing about it even now. There are a lot of episodes so I will chuckle again tonight.

Last night a show I was watching had a man in California that paid $140 dollars to fill up his van. Somewhere (I can't remember where) it was $8 and something a gallon. Sheesh! It is past ridiculous.
In the past seven days, I've seen it move from an extreme low of 4.25 up to 4.89 - not all at the same station, though. I'm not bad with that price, but I really don't like the trend and the rate of change.
Well, maybe he needs a smaller van. Around here, over half of the vehicles as a stop light are either full size suvs or pickup trucks clearly set up as personal cars. I so sympathize with them. NOT.
Made dad go to the grocery store because I thought it would do him good to get out of the house. He waited in the car. Even my beloved Aldi's store is getting bare shelves. Not a single loaf of white bread was to be found. You would have thought they were predicting a blizzard.
More of the items I buy weekly had price increases. Some I had to have but there were several things that did not go into my cart. I have my stubborn moments. (sure seem to be happening with a great frequency as I age)

Me either. Here we are ranging from $4.21 to $4.29. I hate that I need diesel fuel because the best price is $5.49 right now. It is crazy.
I don't drive a truck for the milage .. never have .. around these parts, trucks/SUV's are probably hitting closer to 75% .. I predict if gas prices continue the trend, there is going to be a goodly amount of repos .. I know guys that dropped 70K plus in a new truck during the sticker price run up ..
