Any recommendations on budget vape stuff .. ??
I have been spending way too much time shopping at TEMU. I know three people that order from there, so I thought I would give it a try. I give it the Frugal Rat Two Thumbs Up.

Have fun.

Went to the community college today for my dental cleaning. Three hours and 45 minutes and they did not get finished and asked me to come back next week. Sheesh! The only thing they charged me for today was the x-ray which was $2. The things I do to save money.

I have to save so I can get gas for my travels.

I doubt I'll be traveling much now because Dan has a pinched nerve and that could take weeks to improve. Bless his heart and bless my heart too.

I love going places and seeing things for the first time.

I went to Fasttech yesterday and poof, they are apparently gone ..

Yeah, they closed shop pretty much overnight, a while back. Apparently new laws in China pretty much put them out of business. And people with money/credit on the table, tough chit. Wasn't pretty.

Temu has vape stuff? I only looked once, briefly, at their site, and didn't see any, but... yeah, brief look :)

Correct me if I'm wrong, however, consistent vape use is really not a requirement to stick around ..

Just a thought .. ;)
Thank you, you all do mean so much to me. I will check in when I can.

What? No Fasttech any more? I haven't even looked at anything for over a year, but wow, a new era without Fasttech!

I think that is where I saw some vape stuff. I just found out about Fasttech myself. Guess I don't buy much vape stuff now.

I also made my last juice and cut the nic down from 24mg to 18mg. I don't think I had any problems cutting it down. I have been too busy to notice.

I tried going to the gym a 5 today. A few younger people were there but still only 4, including me. I got my 10,000 steps in and got my free Slushie.

I guess because of the heat, I just ate supper. I ended up having grilled chicken over my salad and it was very good. At least I am full and I think I am going to try to go to bed early and read myself to sleep. My sleeping has been worse than usual lately.

Hope everyone has a good night's sleep and a wonderful day.

Temu did not have much unless you are into herbs, wax, and oils. I didn't know they still made CE4 atomizers. But they have everything else you could ever think of.

I sure have fond memories of Fasttech. I bought so much there when I first started vaping. I ordered from Healthcabin not too long ago. Not bad prices. Glad to be pretty content with what I have and not having to do research and shop for vape supplies.

The plan was to read myself to sleep which I did but woke up an hour later and now cannot get back to sleep. Grrrr I tried the Melatonin several more times but for some reason, I always wake up with a headache. Guess I will try Benadryl again. I think the last time I slept well was when I was at that cabin in Georgia with the rapids outside my door. That was awesome.

Wow … where‘ve you been. FT shutdown ages ago quite suddenly. I too, haven’t shopped for vape gear in over a year. I wouldn’t know where to go if i wanted/needed something.

Seems the only folks I see buying new gear are ’over the pond’ where its still legal to buy stuff.

i wonder if 3fVape is still open. They were still in business when FT went down.

Morning, all.

Slightly cooler today, so the guess goes. Not even any little clouds in their pictures any more. :(

AFAIK, 3F is still in business, as is Sourcemore.

Yeah, well stocked and prepped, haven't gone shopping in quite a while.

Mike is probably not going to remember this, but a while back, after I biatched about glass cleaners that were ineffective and left streaks, he recommended Invisible Glass .. I bought some and have used it ever since .. not just on the truck, but house windows as well ..

At any rate, it was overcast most of the day yesterday and I decided to get crackin' on detailing the truck, which sorely needed it .. when I finished the interior windshield, rather than get out and get some other cleaning product for the dash and what not, I got lazy and just used the Invisible Glass .. it appeared to be a superior cleaner for the interior areas as well ..

Winning ..

It's the small things ..
Yes, that stuff is amazing. When I first read about it, it was recommended to use a micro fiber cloth so that's what I did and was very pleased with the results. Don't know if it works as well on windows with other types of cloths. Nice to find something easy that works so well.
A year ago, I tried to get a TN driver's license and failed the eye exam. It scared me because I have never had trouble seeing most of the bottom line and I couldn't see any of the lines clearly. After an exam and finding out I have macular degeneration and after cataract surgeries in both eyes, I went to try for a license today and passed.

Recent eye exam showed not a lot of progression with md and with my new glasses, I will have 20/20 again. Don't know for how long I will be able to see but I am happy with the latest results. New treatment might be needed in future, they are making a lot of progress with md. Scares the heck out of me to get shots in my eyes though.
Cataract surgery is like a miracle! I'd be scared about the shots in the eye too, but evidently people have it done every day and I guess it's a small price to pay for not loosing your eyesight. I was nervous about having my eyes cut to get rid of the cataract, but that turned out to be just fine.

Have you tried one of those white noise machines? My DIL swore by it when she was in college. Now she uses it for the kids and it does seem to help them.

When my MIL was getting treated for MD, she started out once a month. After some time - and noticeable improvement! - it went to every 6 weeks. Haven't heard of any needing daily shots.

And, yeah, lots better than going blind!!

Hola .. :|

I use an old stand up air filter with no filters installed ..

There are also white noise generators on line as well as YouTube long length video / audio with rain, storms, etc .. although, for best fidelity, playing thru at least a cheap set of computer speakers is generally best ..

I live in a cave ..

I've not bought anything in a long time either .. but, some time back, I discovered a pen device that uses the old 510 style batteries and is called a Kanger TOP EVOD .. this unit is a variation of the old EVODs and uses the same coil, on a smaller scale, as the Zenith coils .. and lasts about as long ..

At any rate, Lightfire is still open and taking orders, I was just trying to avoid their exceptionally high prices ..

Speaking of hats:

In the late 1950s American cars were being advertised as “longer - lower - wider”, but grandpa (B[irger] W[aldemar] Lindquist) was still wearing a hat anytime he went out. As a supplier of bolts to the American auto industry, he would have been expected to drive an American car, but every time he got into one of these lower, wider cars it was a struggle to get in without knocking his hat off.

In 1959, he went to the annual Detroit Auto Show and proceeded to climb into every top-of-the-line American car at the show. As each car knocked his hat off, he would tell the salesman, “Not this one,” and move on to the next manufacturer's display. Eventually he went to the Mercedes-Benz exhibit where he tried his “test” and discovered that it was still possible to get a car that suited him. Then and there he bought a 300d, thus “cocking a snook” at the US manufacturers.

(photo by Lothar Spurzem - Wikipedia ; grandpa's was dark brown, w/tan interior)

That car was a dream to ride in, and even a dream to drive. I sometimes “chauffeured” him around, and once was even allowed to borrow it for a date. (She was impressed; her parents wondered 'mob'?) After grandpa died, my parents inherited the Mercedes, but it eventually succumbed to Michigan’s salty winter roads, and was sold to a man who intended to restore it.

Maybe a white-noise machine or hitting "start" on a long white-noise video on YouTube at bedtime would help you.

Again, ha!
