I think smaller groups are more fun anyway. It seems easier to really connect with people. Glad you had fun.Only 5 at our Girl's Night Out but it was fun. I got a ACP Chicken Salad and it was good. I filled them in on all my shenanigans and of course, everyone was laughing. It is always so funny when we get together.
It was so nice today mowing only my yard. I got finished in no time at all. It felt weird. I kept looking around thinking surely I had missed something but I didn't. I don't mind helping anyone but I like being responsible for only my yard. I can't believe I did not time myself. I will next time. I guess going 13 miles an hour covers the ground fast.
My friend Cindy is taking her grandkids camping and has asked me to watch her dog. I would do anything she asked but this dog is old and not really healthy. I know it takes medication. She took her camping last time and it was just too much for the little dog and she had to carry her around most of the time. So I need everyone to send good thoughts to me when I start doggie sitting. Do you know how traumatized I would be if this little dog passed while in my care? Whew. I don't even want to think about it. Bailey knows me. I used to cut her nails. She is a long-haired weenie dog and cute as can be. A little chunky right now because of her meds. Oh well, I will take good care of her.

Temu is great and you can return stuff for free and prices are really good. They will also give you free items and other times, they won't have you return and just refund so it is a win win. I love all the little gadgets (I am a gadget queen). That is where I got my sprouting kits, pineapple and pepper corers among many other things.
It's really not all that 'hard' to remember .. the good news is, there are various methods with which to 'stiffen' and add 'rigidity' to a structurally deficient 'member' ..

Plus, you get bonus points if you brought home leftovers.I did not really want to go out to eat again tonight but when I called to check on her, she seemed a little depressed so she needs some 1on1 time with me. I'll make her feel better. Or at least make her laugh.

Oops. Sorry. Yes, it was my aunt. I am not too worried now. She was so excited that I came and took her. We split a meal because the place we went gives such big servings. We had hamburger steak, pintos, collards, mac-n-cheese, and of course cornbread. It's funny, she always says she is going to pay and I tell her she can get it next time. I tell her to leave the tip and she seems happy. She did not act depressed at all tonight. I wonder if I got "fooled". If I did, it worked.
Wow … that picture floods my mind with a lot of memories from a time gone by. It seems like yesterday and so very long ago. What a lucky guy i am to have her love an be by my side all these years.
