Morning, all.

Rain is back, after a brief hiatus yesterday. Yep, we did see a big bright yellow thing in the sky :)

Then continure East and you'll be in Intercourse. If that's not enough travel South West again and you'll end up in Paradise.

So it's just a short hop from Intercourse to Paradise. Sounds about right :)

While there is certainly undeniable justification to the Israeli response to the Hamas terrorist attack, it makes it no less heartbreaking to see the unfolding of the refugee crisis that is currently taking place ..

Yes, the conflation of Hamas and the Palestinian people is a big part of the problem. Too many people seem to see them as the same, and they're not. But hard to "overthrow" Hamas from within when they have all the guns. Reported hundreds of miles of tunnels, openings in residential back yards, hospital basements, and of course Hamas doesn't wear uniforms to make it easy. But every bombed family just makes more terrorists. Toss in all the illegal settlements in the West Bank - yeah, kicking people off land held for generations will make them like you...

Good morning. I've been searching for this forum a long time. Finally went to notifications and pick one of you. I sure miss my laptop but that's the only thing I miss from home.

I'm rocking on the deck with Duck River shining in front of me. It is so beautiful here. The stars are more visible the farther from the city I go. I want to live in the woods. Of course I got a bit scare last night because I heard things in the woods I've never heard. I'm in the second floor balcony but I didn't know if whatever it was could climb steps.

Had to go get Ken. He said it was probably a armadillo. I did see my first one last night. If it was, their rambunctious critters.

It is so peaceful sitting here with all the beautiful here. It has always been my intention to sell everything in the house and move to another state. Tennessee is beautiful and Ken wants me to move here with hihim. I still have some pondering to do about that. I told him last night I never planned on marrying again but he just tells me not to say "never ".

It is going to rain today and that is OK with me. I worked pretty hard yesterday sweating in the 80 some degrees. The woman who is letting us stay in her house she rents to vacationers said the bushes out front needed cutting back and she can't find the time. Her husband needs full time care just about. I offered of course and I think they look good. My thumbs are telling me I should have keep my mouth shut but I never listen. ;)

This all the little print I can take this early. I'm going to go get another cup and enjoy the river and my large font book. Heehee

Morning, loungers.

Fall like weather continues, although a short break from the rain is in the cards. Looks like we're falling into a typical pattern, 3 - 4 days of rain, day or two of sun. NIce :)

Interesting how that's blacked out. Pretty tricky ;) But when selected,

Yeah, maybe take some time on that ;)

Did you mean to black out those couple sentences or were you just too tired to notice? I agree with David, take your time and enjoy it for awhile. Of course you could always say yes and then be engaged for several years...

Boy you are a pushover for doing yard work for people! But I bet you felt good about doing it for her.
