Still to hot (warm) here, but a tad cooler. At least we didn't break another high temp record...

And between fronts again, although that's said to be changing soon. As in tonight.

More lounging in store - if the guess is right. More rain, and still too warm.

But trending slightly cooler. Slightly. Didn't quite set new high daily temps yesterday. Missed by 1 degree.

We had a rainy day yesterday and the sun peeked out for just a little while this afternoon.

Went to the gym today and this really nice man I used to see there honked the horn at me. He thought I had gotten married or moved away. We ended up talking for over an hour. He is a retired barber here and very interesting to talk to.

The week is half gone. Whew. Another fast week. Hope everyone has a nice day.

Storms persist in dodging around us. Temp still to high, but slowly getting lower.

Hmm, "smart" appliances do have a purpose!

Almost down to average temps and the snow line is dropping as well. Only light and scattered rain for the week, they say. All the current "rivers" are pointed way south, where it's said it's going to be bad. Happy to "miss" that, but good luck to them!

Guess I am not the only one who has been busy doing stuff. I have missed y'all though.

It got up to the 50's yesterday so we went on a nice little ride on the motorcycle. Even with the extra clothes and leather jacket, I still got a tiny bit chilly. Not bad though. It was worth it.

13 days in a row of going to the gym does not seem to be doing what I expected. I've gained. Grrrr Oh well, I feel better and building back up the muscles I liked before. I think I just like the spandex pants.

Almost "seasonal" temps, finally. But most of the rain is south, where it's still going on, or coming down...

If they do, I haven't found them.

I did, however, order some HD riding boots and a leather vest this morning. If I am going to be with a biker, I might as well be the best biker chick I can be.

The sun was out today and it felt wonderful. It was so nice, we got out and washed both the motorcycles. It is supposed to be cooler tomorrow but I hope we can take another ride. I won't get my boots until Monday. Of course, it might come early (fingers crossed).

I am expecting another order from Temu this week and I just sent off another $65 order. I have ordered so much, I guess they feel sorry for me because they sent me 90% off any one item. Since my jumper box in the car was stolen, I got one of those. It had good reviews. We will see if it is worth the $3.97 I forked over.

Me and my coffee were having a good morning but I just read where Toby Keith passed. I liked him. I thought I had read that he was getting stronger and doing fine.

That is the reason you need to live each day to the fullest. RIP Toby. You will be missed.

Looks like we'll have some sun for a while, rain is gone for a week, they say. Temp still about where it should be, so at least the remaining snow will stay as snow.

Hope SoCal gets a chance to dry out some!
