See what I mean, I shoulda stayed with a Mac. It was so easy. When I would run out of space when I did graphic design, I would just go down to Staples and by more memory. They were cute little tiny plastic pieces with teeth on them, and I just popped off the side of my CPU and stuck the little teeth in an open slot. IDK how to do that with PCs.
One time I ran out of empty slots, so I bought a peripheral HD called a Bernoulli. But, that was years ago.
I hate to break it to you Sea...the Mac is designed the same way as a PC, CPU + memory + storage. They made it easier because third party makers couldn't make their parts, so less variety and confusion. But you did still have different memory and storage.
