That's right we have a store dedicated to all the candy we don't get. We have to pay at today's conversion rate. Around $18 for a box of lucky charms. Pop tarts are popular at around $12.

Funny thing is, we used to have these things. Lucky charms were my favorite & chocolate pop tarts. Now its like spotting a yeti.

Well I'm just quietly lurking, so I'll whisper... Hi everyone!

But I'm so delighted with the notification I got from the hospital about how much they expect me to pay after my appendectomy... the original balance: $25,794 -- the amount they deem I can pay is $889.89 -- comes to 3.45%. I was so worried about this, but it appears that we won't have to go hungry for the next 5 yrs after all.

Now just gotta get the surgeon, anesthesiologist, lab, radiologist, and e-room doc to get on board with the 3.45% for their bills... (crossing fingers).
