I was looking around so that you could hopefully avoid that but it may be the best bang for your buck.

Yes she does. I've been eating better but I could still do much much better.
She's always fussed at me about not eating breakfast. I do eat breakfast food but not really during breakfast hours
so I think I'll start there.

I can't eat that early too. I think that's why I've never liked breakfast either. If I eat too early it makes my stomach hurt for some reason
Plus, I can't do sweet stuff that early either.
