Yes she does. I've been eating better but I could still do much much better.
She's always fussed at me about not eating breakfast. I do eat breakfast food but not really during breakfast hoursso I think I'll start there.
Actually, if you research intermittent fasting, they're actually (kind of) back stepping the "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day" schpeel.
It's been awhile since I read the article, but they're finding that or body does better if we eat no breakfast, or a later breakfast.
There are opinions all over the place, but it's definitely being talked about and researched.
