After my troubles over the lost shipment I don't have much faith in their CS department

I was thinking the email might help more than anything but if you had to go through FB for that then that's prob no good either.

Ok. I sure hope there's a way to replace it.
Talking...I mean listening to others talk on the phone is such exhausting work.

The last thing I want to do when I get ho,e is spend all night on the phone.

Yes! Between the phone ringing off the hook at work & people in the store treating me like their personal shopper (dinging song lyrics but wondering why I have no idea what the lyrics are to every song mans ever created) I wouldn't be bothered if I didn't have to speak at all after I get off of work...especially right now...the holidays are much more crazy than normal.
Most days I get off at 6 right now. I mostly go in at 9:30 during the week but we'll be running extended hours pretty soon so I'll go in a hour earlier & get out an hour earlier. This week extended hours are only on Friday & saturday. I have to be there for peak hours on those 2 days so I'll go in from 10-7.
Either way you put it it's dark when I leave
