Sorry I missed you earlier too. You know I was wondering where you were.

I think I'm just pretty tired. Thankfully I've gotten a lot done today so I'm just going to relax until dinner later.

Well I've managed to get stuff done dis-spite it all but sure would like a few moments to myself; guess it's not going to happen tho' since I'm sure DH will be home soon. (DD & GD are in the bathroom arguing )

Looks like we're about to have a storm too

Not normally this time of year, no.

Got a bit done. Not nearly all that I needed to but a bit anyway. Girls bags are all packed, snack backpack, both girls toy backpacks so that is something. Got the laundry all done for a day. Dishes are almost done, kitchen is hot and it is break time! Most of my things are ready to go into my backpack... lists of what all still needs to be packed. Van is vacuumed but the wind came up with a nice dust storm so didn't finish organizing...

How was your day off?

Nope, don't like stress Just a part of living I guess.

Friday at the .... crack of dawn if all goes well... I'm not a morning person, can you tell? I plan to have everything in the van tomorrow night except the girls and DH... getting them all in and on the road will be more than enough to do in the wee wee hours. Then again we've all heard about the best laid plans so who knows what time.

I usually don't even have phone service there so if you don't hear from me... wait to send out the rescue team until... DH hasn't decided how long he wants to stay yet... He hates to travel and is grumpy from the time he finds out we are going until he is home. (but I'm the only one he shows the grumpy to, everyone else figures he's having a great time!) He's making my OCD crazy!!!

Weather does some weird things to us.

At least I think it's the weather change, my nose just exploded outta nowhere..head feels better though.

Thank you everyone for the birthday wishes! It was mostly a good day. a great Up, a terrible down, then back to good. The great: We got final approval on our home loan, we are "cleared to close!"... The terrible down: An hour later, as I am standing in line at the bank to get The Cashier's Check for closing, and I get a call from DH and he is upset. It takes 4 phone calls (his call kept dropping) to find out what is the matter. We got an email saying we need to sign a letter of explanation explaining why there was a hard credit request on my credit report from June 6th, that has the potential to derail our whole housebuying ability. Thankfully, we could tell them (it took us a few to remember) we at some point started looking at renting, but that no debt was incurred. Thank God. I went into a massive panic attack, and it took hours to come down. Even after signing, scanning and sending this very last (hopefully) bit of documentation that was required of us all 11th hour and what not. *sigh*. Oh, and my middlest managed to irritate the batcrap out of me. She calls, presumably to wish me a happy birthday, and asks me if this means I am really really old now. So I snarkily reply that yes, if she says so, I must be really really old now. She says "How old are you?!", I say...really really old......remember? Then she says no, really! I say, you tell me. She guesses 2 years beyond the year I just attained.

Ah well. My husband's birthday sucked this year, much the fault of the same two kids that upset me today....so fair is fair, right!
But enough about me. Over all, it was a pretty good day. Ask me again friday night when I am holding the keys to my house!
Please keep us in prayer, because I swear, if one more thing happens, I'm liable to snap!
