No I didn't. I'm tempted to take a nap but then I'd probably sleep through the call to pick Prince up so I'm just in my usual spot on the couch

Ugggh! I bet that's a pain. It's so hard for me to get Prince to take pills. I usually have to put them in peanut butter & hope he eventually decides to eat it. Smh!

Ugh ... maybe they'll call soon and you'll still have time?

I know, around here it's been cheese and Elly can still spit'em out! 8-o
Oh and you know it "taste's just like beef" Wonder WHO tasted it?!

We'll see. The last time I had to call them because so much time had passed.

I always wonder the same thing!
They tried to get me to try the pill but I already have to convince Prince to take his peanut butter Benadryl twice a day & that's tough enough. I'll just stick to squeezing that liquid on his neck

If it takes too long I will. It's only been about 2 hrs so I'll give them about another hour. The time that I called them before it had been nearly 5 hrs. And I hated to admit it but I was missing my lil shadow

Plus I'm getting him cut all the way down again so I know that takes a lil time. I like his hair like that & I think he does too.

You'd think so but the guy that does Prince takes his time plus I think he's a lil OCD...in a good way
When I'd just get him trimmed he'd be ready in no time. Since he doesn't have that really thick undercoat it was pretty much like me getting my ends trimmed.
They do a bunch of stuff with the package I get though, .... glands, teeth brushed, nails clipped & filed, deep conditioner (yep your grand dog has dry skin ), and some kind of brushing with a furminator brush for 30 mins now that I think of it...I'm kinda jealous...Prince is off having a spa day!

Nope. Poor groomers
Prince is pretty easy for me to maintain for the most part but with all of the regulars they get I'm sure they feel like I make them earn that money

This only happens about 4 times a year. They were charging me $45 just for a general wash, hair trim & nail trim without the nail grinding or the deep conditioner. They add another $15 to do the filing, the shave, the paw cream etc...based on some price comparisons it's not the worst & I like how the groomer handles him plus you know me...I've got a $10 off coupon

That's what I thought too. Prince whines when I leave him anywhere & just waits for me to come back. I was surprised to find out that he actually falls asleep there. I just knew he hated it.

You know I'm always looking for a coupon or a coupon code GMTA!
I wish Prince would let me do it all. I can wash & dry him but he doesn't like to let me get those toenails or trim him up.
