Evening Lori girl
Isn't it cold!
Yeah, the neck thing ... happens to everyone some time or other right?
Yes it surely is very cold.

Just not quite ready for this yet.
I had that once. Many years ago. Just woke up one morning and my neck was frozen....and severe pain.
I couldn't get out of bed by myself, or drive, or really much of anything by myself.
I went to the chiro.
They did treatments with moist heat, a really heavyish thing (moist heat), and massage.
That was all they did the first day.
Then the next day, the same thing, then I think the third day he was able to adjust my neck.
They said mine was from stress. Just a way it can show out in your body.
Course sleeping on it wrong can certainly do it too.

THAT I've done a few times since, but usually works itself out in a few hours.
Here's a free article by the author of that e-book I bought. Just in case something in that might help your neck.
I hadn't seen that article before, so I want to read it as well. But it talks about sinus related issues too.
Massage Therapy for the Scalene Muscles
Chim, if you have a chance, nose around his site. I bought the tutorial (e-book) on low back pain. With it you get the tutorial on trigger points for free.

My back has been a WHOLE lot better since I read (most) of both of them.
They're very well written, and I found them REALLY interesting!!
Here's the home page link....
Save Yourself from Aches, Pains & Injuries
I was sitting at my kitchen table one afternoon scouring the internet for info on low back pain, cuz mine was in total spasm.
I somehow found his site, read the free portion of the tutorial on low back pain, found the trigger points, and I swear my back pain went away as if it were flipping magic!! Never came back (at all) for
three solid days.
Since then I've massaged those points every few days or week or so, and seriously, my back pain is about 95% gone!!
