Chapel can pray for my son. For the 6,325th day in a row, his room has been a pig sty so I am thinking of doing a 17 year late term abortion. If he can't clean his room and put his underwear away by now, I'm not sure he's medically viable. :D

Give it up Haunted, he'll just marry some poor woman and expect her to pick it up

We were watching a movie over the weekend where this guy had a butler and my son says "Can you imagine thinking its ok to have someone else clean up after you and do your laundry?" My wife and I both laughed at at the same time said "What do you think we do for you!"

     Riiiiiight!!!!!!!

Or...he will marry a woman who is as bad as he is and you will end up trying to convince 3 grandkids they need to learn to clean up after themselves... let me tell you 1 out of 3 isn't bad odds...

We faced the same problem. I posted a photo of our daughter's pig sty on facebook.
Bingo instant room clean up. We did relent and post a "after" photo.

    Hi Bobbi!!!

    Hi Dale! :wub::wub::wub:

Yes, we had a good time. DIL was on pretty good behavior.

Now I am doing laundry and such trying to catch up.
In between that, I do a bit more crochet...
So many things I would like to make! :)

Hope your mom is doing ok now.
I know what you mean about the clean up!
DIL had a twisted ankle (and stayed off it when it was time to cook or clean up:mad:)

DIL and I went to her favorite antique store and she wandered all over it for an hour plus...
went to a joann's fabric store for stuff she wanted for curtains (she meant to have everything so I could "help" make them while I was up...) LOL, her sewing machine (my mom's til she passed) died... she didn't know it didn't work when she got it I guess...:p
so she bought a new singer while I was there and I finished most of a set... she didn't have enough fabric to finish......
The others were going on a specialty rod in the living room that she didn't have. Can't make curtains for a specialty rod without having the rod there to fit it to...:lol::lol:

{{{hugs}}} Bobbi ... I seem to recall that about your dad :(
My favorite grandmother passed Christmas week too, something about those holidays

Mom stopped taking a lot of nerve meds, antidepressants, pain killers, and tranqualizers recently (Dad  )
It's a really really bad idea for her :(

Sorry for the late reply, DH came home
