Dave's Garden is an online gardening website... hence the name Sorry couldn't resist!! I was toooo serious typing to Gamnt but things like that need to get serious. Back to DG... if you love flowers and anything of that nature DG is #1 but there is a yearly membership fee

Yeah, you have to have patience with this. Cuz burnt coils just happens to us all. You'll get to a point that you can tell when it starts to go bad, and then replace it before that happens. It's a process we've all had to do, this learning about e-cigs. We call this area of the forum "The Lounge", it's where people gather to chat. All the learning info is where we call "Upstairs", the General Forums, I read those for three months, every night learning about things before I ever even joined or posted here. There is a wealth of info "upstairs", not sure if you've skimmed for threads that interest you, but it does take time, patience, and research.

Just a little info since I have had 2 back surgeries and my DH has had 13... yes I typed that right!!

Degenerative Disk Disease effects ALL of your disks! I would assume the 4 disks in your neck and the 3 in your lumbar area are either bulging... of which most Dr's won't suggest surgery ( least if you have private insurance. Not sure what they would do if you have Medicare/Medicaid) OR herniated and or ruptured.... of which the Dr's will suggest surgery to relieve your agony!! I do know even with bulging disks they are pure agony too!!

Just a little FYI... if I remember my info correctly..LOL

Wow, that's just horrible. My FIL had two back surgeries due to bulging, then ruptured discs. He can walk with a walker, but it's not a good situation to say the least.
I cannot imagine dealing with pain like that on a daily basis!!! (((HUGS))) for you all!

Eh...we'll send you upstairs when we've tired of it... (just kidding) We are a helpful bunch.......but the thing is, you're only getting our experiences and opinions, and I personally have not gone upstairs and read about anything other than proposed legislation, in months. So, there are a lot of others things that others can offer besides just us.
Just trying to help you keep your ECF experience well rounded, I guess is what I'm trying to propose.

Y'all are just too cute and too much fun!! I have to agree with cowbooger cause I want to ask questions too!! Since "I feel like I know y'all" I feel like I can understand what y'all are telling me. And if I don't... I think y'all will try harder to help me understand if I don't. I too agree there are places for things and places NOT for things... ie... asking for questions on certain things and staying within context produces better understanding... but hey.. half the fun is weeding through and getting your answer..LOL

I'm not sure about why the notification for the likes, we use them on this thread to acknowledge that we read your post...doesn't always mean we genuinely "like" the content of the post, for instance your back issues, or Chim's dead car battery. I use likes to bookmark my spot on the thread.
I go to my profile page, and then likes given, and I'm right back where I left off on the thread.

I won't speak for others, but I'm sure that none of us mind questions. We all help each other here on the Lurker thread. I guess my concern is when someone needs the most very basic info regarding the different types of e-cig top devices and bottom devices. I don't want someone solely relying on my answers, because I'll surely forget something, and there can be safety issues involved. The upstairs threads are more closely moderated for correct answers, and esp. for safety related issues, not so much downstairs in the lounge area. Hope that all makes sense. Just my

My BIL was sent to Bahrain, back before Gulf War #2, it was the first time he had to carry a gun, and they were in tents for part of the time.

I hate to be an intruder lol. I've felt like that most my life. Always the odd one out. But I will note one awesome thing. I've noticed since switching to vaping my crohns has calmed down a ton!!!! But I looked for a forum specific to that and there is nothing :/ guess not as many people have that problem as the commercials make it sound haha

Oh good. But really, don't be afraid to ask. If we don't know, or may only feel we have part, not all of the necessary info, we'll direct you elsewhere, because if you're like we are, there will always be more questions, because there are always new things to try.

I've not tried any vendor juices since I started DIY'ing, late last summer, but I think a few here have ordered from them. Let us know how you like them, always good to know where to send people when they're looking.

That surprises me as well regarding the crohns. I would think that there would be a forum too. Do you have gluten sensitivities, or allergies?? Was thinking I'd read something that there were ties between the two.

Hope you can tame some of your other juices that didn't work with some of the VG like Bobbi/Ballwin mentioned, that would be great if those can still be used. That was one of my main dislikes when I first started was when I spent $ and ended up with juices that I didn't care for.

Okay, I need to get going to the store....finally, yes...I know....I'll BBL.
