Awww! {{{balwin}}} ... not you too! :(
Wanta spill or just sing? :?:

Washer had something freeze in it and over filled yesterday... caught it in time and forced it to drain... did I mention I don't like these new fangled washers... they do there own thing no matter where you set the dial it seems... computer tells them what to do, not the owner... thought it was under control and figured we would take care of it today... it said it was off... turned out not so much... water, water every where and not a drop to drink (okay so that part is a lie, I got water the other day while I was in town cuz we haul all of our drinking water... but that is a different story...) tried to turn off the water, thought that was done... realized I could still hear water... long story short to turn off the water to the washer there are two sets of shut off valves... why use 2 valves when you can have a total of 3, cause everyone would expect to have a third valve right...

A while back the water tap for the cold messed up in the shower/tub... hubby got the part... don't keep reminding him cuz he said he'd fix it, no need to keep reminding him every other week... run a hot tub and then when it cools down get in... do you know how long it takes that much hot water to cool down enough to get in it... a long darn time!!!

Found buy 1 get 1 sheets a month ago... seemed like a good deal at the time... might be because you can't get the bottom sheet to stay on no matter how many times you put it back and tuck it all in... just a tad to big...

Had the table uncovered to sew, figured when I took the machine down I would let the grands decorate the tree... nah too early for that... darn table is buried again...

Do you have any cheese I can borrow to go with all my whine???

Thank you Lord for the roof over my head, the food for my table, the health of my family.... This is the day the Lord hath made! Rejoice and be glad in it!!!!

This is the day, this is the day that Lord hath made that the Lord hath made, I will rejoice, I will rejoice and be glad in it!

We're going to H**l for lying aren't we

LOL! Nah Dale, we aren't and truly I do know that life could be far worse. I just had to whine for a bit, I'm all better now! It really is the day the Lord made. I don't have the trials of Job and I pray God please don't let me. I can live with these small things. We have life and love, those will bring laughter in their own time. It's all good girl! :)

Isn't that the truth about Job!
I was just jokin' ya' know ;)

That was quite a list of stuff you had going on there
I've got some of those stinking sheet's ... can't remember what those banded clips are called that you can get at Walmart but I sure need some. Have to put the stupid sheets back on the bed every morning, may not as well even be there :glare:

That must be some kind of new fangled washing machine you got there ... I never heard of all that :?: We've only ever bought one washing machine so we got a Maytag ... hopefully it'll last 'til I die.

Oh yeah, and you wanted some cheese for your whine :sneaky: here ya' go

Are you kiddin'? I've been kind of lonesome today, it's nice to have someone to talk to :)

I got a nice mobile home, 3 vehicules , two healthy grown kid's, 2 natural GD's, 4 adopted GK's and clothe's on my back and food if I would just go eat it; oh and still have my Mom & Dad :) And don't forget nice warm heat in this unusally cold weather!

Rat2 told me to be sure and eat but I haven't yet  Guess I could go check out how bad the tunafish smells

Nah, it's all ready two o'clock ... may as well wait for supper time ;)

OHH!!! I love cheese! That looks yummy! Thank you! :)

Yes, I have seen them. Kind of looks like clothes pins with elastic in the middle. I'm definitely gonna need some of those! I should have known when I could get 2 full sets of sheets for under $30 there was a catch! if it sounds to good to be true.... yep!

If you haven't seen the "new" washers pray you don't! My old one gave up and these new stupid "green" ones are useless! They put about 4 inches of water in the bottom and sort of bounce the clothes up and down. There is no agitator in the middle and if you was a blanket or sheet it will gross you out when you see them at the end of the cycles it looks awful because you can see all the "gunk" that has settled on top of them! I rewash them at least 2 or 3 times before I feel like they are clean! I miss my old wringer that I started married life with! I knew what was going on back then! View attachment 282248

Well, I didn't want a front loader because I was always worried about the seal on the door... in retrospect... like I said I would be happier with an old wringer washer! (yeah, cuz I have so much room for the triple tub and the wringer machine...) Oh well, it's not an option anymore so I guess I will just keep on going. Although when he takes this one in to the repairman if I have to replace it, I will look for a used one with an agitator!

Well, they look right if they are top loaders until you open it and there is no agitator... it's all down hill from there! :(

Thanks! I do hope you like it. Yours I actually called French because when I made them I used the French pipe by accident instead of the seven star. Next time I make it I will send you the right one! I did know it seemed ok so I went with it. I am just sorry it took so long to get to the post office during the hours it was open! Then again, it had lots of time to steep! View attachment 282270

The little guy was supposed to wink... not too good! Sorry!

Well  the tree is up ... thank goodness we never took the stuff off of it last year so other than a couple of bruise's getting it in the house I guess we're good to go. Found one of those little "flicker" tree's I bought last year too so I went ahead and brought that in, it's just a little one that sit's by my front window next to the computer :)
Now to find the stuff to wrap a few gift's with and get that done.
