Today I have started using Marlboro Ultra Light 100s from Lights, and just two weeks ago I was smoking Regular 100s so I'm definitely getting closer to quitting but have a few setbacks. I just carry around my e-cigarette around with me but don't use it, I don't know why but I always lose my motivation to quit because I figure that I will eventually just go back to analogs anyway. When I smoke I don't even need the nicotine because I smoke when I want to think (which is often) and it gives me a chance to get away and clear out my head. I guess my main problem with the e-cigarette is that there is no progress to it, when smoking an analog I can see it burning away and know when to stop but with the ecig my brain does not understand it is getting the nicotine even though my body responds to it.

Another problem is with the e-cigarette I don't actually inhale anymore, it is much more tempting to play around with the smoke, do tricks, and just keep it in my mouth. Inhaling the esmoke irritates my throat and makes me want to cough sometimes and of course is drying because of the PG. I don't know why the eliquid gets used up so quickly, I use about 3-4 drops of 18mg or 36mg Johnson's Creek or Puresmoker liquid respectively, but after about 4-5 inhalations I have to refill again which is frustrating (using USB passthrough & APC USB mobile powerpack). If anyone knows how to resolve these issues please give me the heads up.

Thanks,
Yoshistr :)

I vape 36mg most of the time. I know this is enough nic and I feel mostly satisfied with it. So why do I still smoke analogs? Well, I think it's kinda like eating dessert when you're already full. You look at it....it looks good...you know it's going to taste good....you don't really need it...but you eat it anyway....lol

There was a lot things I hated about smoking....but I never really minded actually smoking...and just figured I would probably quit someday. But they still look good to me now! I've cut way back (by 2 packs a day) but I still allow myself a smoke when I feel like it. It really doesn't do a lot for me....I actually enjoy vaping more....but I really don't deny myself because I know I'm doing better....and that's what matters to me.

Maybe someday....who knows?

Good luck with it Yosh. If you figure out the secret, let me know :)

Yosh.........Those passthroughs really take a toll on the juice...I'm always topping off or re-dripping after 5 or 6 hits...some juices hold out longer than others..but in general they cook the stuff quick!:)The Wiz!

Lu......I thought I was the only Junkie here using 36mg all the time..lol:)The Wiz!

Yep, that's what I use too. I said most of the time because I do mix some flavorings in sometimes and I know that cuts it. But I try to keep it up there as much as possible to keep the cravings at bay....lol
