Came out to .26 using bypass mode on the voopoo decent flavoe till y'all say I'm good I won't touch the squonk that said flavors ok but I do taste blood so it must be nickel lol lame

Your coils need to be as close as possible to equal in resistance.
If not, stop, fiddle with or wrap another until they are.
.38Ω & .46Ω .12Ω difference isn't what I consider close, one is going to heat faster & higher temp than the other. Imbalance = so so ~ crappy vape.
Metallic tastes most often come from hot spots or legs, outside chance of arcing / too close to something.
If you'd start with 28ga or 30ga & wrap coils with a 1.0Ω target and keep wrapping them until you can hit 1.0Ω on the dot every time hardly thinking about it your coil building skill would improve in a few minutes.
It isn't a waste of time or wire, 2 1.0Ω coils = .5Ω with fast ramp up & lots of surface area.
Not ideal for your application but would vape just fine with reduced power.

Really .8 don't seem to off to me I will say the flavor is meh and it's not hot enough to my liking I'm just using it 4.2 in bypass on the voopoo no hot spots everything heated up evenly no hot legs I always taste blood for a day or so when using fresh k1 or n80
.8Ω off is huge when building, even though I have no clue where / how you came up with .8Ω or even mentioned it.

First both of those coils are 6 wrap coils (you count on the side opposite the legs).
Second looking at the first pic, it looks like you pushed the right leg in too far, which is why that one is a bit crooked and could contribute to some of the resistance discrepancy. When installing coils try to insert them so all the legs are the same length.

That's the only way they would fit they are even I use a ruler

I believe that the OP said his 1st Coil was 0.38 Ohms. And his Second was 0.46 Ohms
Yeah exactly even that much difference Is bad for mech?

Your coils Don't look too bad. In fact, they look Better then the 1st Two that I ever made. LOL.
But something you should do is to make sure the Wraps ALL have the same Spacing.
See how in the 1st Coil the Wraps on the Left are touching. But as you move to the Left they start to get Spaced out more. And in the 2nd Coil, the wraps look Tighter at the Top than at the Bottom.
I know it Doesn't seem like much, but it can cause Problems.
Maybe not so much of a Problem, but it can make the Hit Taste Different. Because One Coil will be working Differently than the Other Coil.
So if the Hit Doesn't seem right, It's hard to Know what is what. Or what you should do to Change it.
When Running Dual Coils, the ONLY thing a Mech (or Regulated Mod!) sees is the Total Resistance. And it Doesn't know if it is a Single Coil. Or a Pair of Identical Coils. Or One Coil with One Resistance and One Coil with Another Resistance. It just sees the Total Resistance.
Just like when you put a Dual Coil RDA on a Mod and read the Ohms. You don't have to Tell the Mod your using Dual Coils. It just Reads the RDA and gives you a Resistance for the Entire RDA.

So I noticed they wrapped slanted couldn't really get the wire straight after I cut some off used the spinner jig thing think I'm try just the jig and my hand next time maybe 7 or 8 wrap will that be colder

Sometimes you need to Bend the Coil Legs at Angles like this... / \ to fit them into the Post while making the Coil Centered and to keep the Wraps Straight.
I should be able to use some like 28 36 38 single core Claptons no?
