Yes, JantyUSA has their ups and downs like any other supplier out there. The Chinese just finished their New Years celebration and that was most of Febuary. Not the suppliers fault and they (Janty) didn't think the eGo would have been this popular..
It has over taken them by surprise actually and even myself it was amazing to see so many people buying the eGo. So, I feel that they will be over stocking (yeah, right..) these parts for the eGo.. (until the Baby J comes out and the Tesla Filter. LOL)
But, please bare with them while they do their best to get everything done as fast as possible. These are comming from China and it takes some time.. They also need to go thru customs, which in my opinion, takes longer at times than it should.
I DON'T work for Janty at all, But I will stick up for them as I myself was a new customer when I ordered the eGo. (pre-ordered actually)
Not trying to be mean or anything, just want everyone to know the truth and to be patient, please.
