Yes, JantyUSA has their ups and downs like any other supplier out there. The Chinese just finished their New Years celebration and that was most of Febuary. Not the suppliers fault and they (Janty) didn't think the eGo would have been this popular..
It has over taken them by surprise actually and even myself it was amazing to see so many people buying the eGo. So, I feel that they will be over stocking (yeah, right..) these parts for the eGo.. (until the Baby J comes out and the Tesla Filter. LOL)
But, please bare with them while they do their best to get everything done as fast as possible. These are comming from China and it takes some time.. They also need to go thru customs, which in my opinion, takes longer at times than it should.
I DON'T work for Janty at all, But I will stick up for them as I myself was a new customer when I ordered the eGo. (pre-ordered actually)
Not trying to be mean or anything, just want everyone to know the truth and to be patient, please.
I believe they are doing a very good job, sometimes slow, but still a very good job with the Customer Service. Just my .02 cents worth.. (more like a dollar..LOL)

Myself, I've only been vaping since 2/12/10 and a customer of Janty since then as well, but my brother has been ordering from them since last summer. He's had a couple problems one with atty malfuntions and a wrong ejuice flavor order. He also had the e-juice problem with another supplier as well. Janty absolutely took care of them problem. I've been on freak out mode waiting for them to get some green apple juice in sine a week after my first order, but my brother assures me to be patient and that the guys at Janty are doing the best they can. He also pointed out that the e-cig business is still kinda an infant and that there will be bumps and bruises along the way. Might I add that he gave me his ego last night and wow, I can see why it's popular!

When can we expect Janty USA to have...well, anything in stock? I'd really like to go with a couple Janty 510 attys because of the warranty, but I refuse to pay not only the conversion rate on the euro site, but also the shipping rate.

Thank you for your inquiry and I’d like to apologize for the current state of our inventory. The Chinese New Year occurred last month, during which our factory was closed for virtually the entire month. Due to the ever-growing number of customers and demand of our products, it is at this point very apparent that we underestimated our stock prior to the holiday. We are expecting to be fully replenished in all of our items very soon; however, I will not give an estimate as to the exact date as doing so would be negligent on my part. I can assure you that as soon as I have a better idea in terms of the physical arrival of stock, I will let it be known either on the front page of Janty USA or here on the forum. We are taking measures to avoid such gaps in our inventory in the future. I can only ask for your patience in the matter and assure you that we will be getting more products in and moving towards improving Janty USA as a whole.

If you still feel it necessary to email me regarding our stock, you will receive the exact message above as a response. Because there is nothing I can do until the shipments arrive, I need to focus my efforts on current problems with customers such as warranty claims and product inquiries. I wouldn't be so resentful if I hadn't gotten my first janty atty with my ego. I never thought I'd say, "damn, this is a great atomizer."

Now I'm hooked and they're all dried up! I'll keep stalking, though. Then, see, stock will come and I'll compulsively have to hoard as many as I can carry, causing stock to run out again. And so forth until Ethan and Mik come out and beat me up.

Meanwhile, I'll keep rinsing out this old BW. Then I'm down to the SLBs on-hand (which make me wish I had a 5V rig)

So far after several days of switching the location of each charger, I can say I am not having a charging issue with the one that is now plugged into the USB hub. Though I have forgotten to check the one that was originally plugged intot the hub before, which is now plugged into the wall directly.

it sounds like your first one have an automatic battery connector?..

both my manual original batteries do not have a hole on + pin connector.

the 1st batch had a little nut, not a hole through to the battery, this has changed later.

the hole of the auto battery is very much smaller in diameter.
