I would highly suggest Janty focus on getting a shopping cart that works more efficiently to avoid these delays.
To your point, I think the new website does this... but until they get things up and running with it, it will probabaly remain this way.
I know when I first ordered from Janty, I was waiting for an email or PayPal invoice but never saw anything so I finally sent them an email asking what I should do. For those who do not know, you have to to a Send Money to them in PayPal with your Order number only in the Description.
