I agree, they service is great and they answer their email pronto. I too could have saved (I guessing maybe close to $800) in products if I had started with them. Happy customer of Janty.

still no replay, no feedback from Janty, a whole mounth has passed and no stick received, no feedback received, no emails responding.
At this point i converted the paypal controversy into a proper Claim, really disappointed, i hope to get my money back.
Will never deal with janty again, that's sure.

I would love to know this as well, I think their having a problem with this,Its more difficult than a 901 because its a female connection with the holes cut into the top of the battery edge.

It was my first Janty order, so not a replacement.

I was wrong in my previous post: they had indeed run out of boxes and thought people would rather have the stick w/o a box than to wait for boxes.

They are right.
