I use a pair of pliers to screw in atty's.
Some need a tighter screwing than others.
-The janty stick is the perfect tool for dripping.
-I have a few sticks so i can vape non-stop.
-Up to 6 drops in the atty at once.
-Blow out atty's at least once a day.
- Let the wick burn dry once a day to clean.
- some atty's work really well with the stick...some less well.
some have an easy draw with tons on TH and vapor and some don't.

I love my janty sticks, although i will also be using a prodigy and a GG soon.
Ordered a silver bullet too.

I love vaping...it has become a major source of pleasure...
Tried analogs a few times, and cannot understand why i was smoking them!!

I was about to buy one of these around an hour ago but was deterred by a couple things. $12 flat shipping kinda blows from Janty USA, there is no battery charger listed on their site, and there is mention of a Dura/510 adapter but its nowhere to be found on the site. Anyone know about the battery charger and a 510 adapter?

My guess is they are sold out of the e-cigar battery wall chargers. I will tell you this though, I have only used mine twice in the matter of about a month. It will charge up quickly in the USB port, and once its charged, you can just pop in another battery and charge it up. You can still vape while plugged into the USB. I didn't really need to charge on the wall charger, I just used it so I wouldnt feel like I wasted 6 bucks :p

As for the 510 adapter, I have been looking for them on their site, but have not seen them available.

I never changed the battery once. I just kept charging the one I put in it when I got it with the USB port on the Stick. Never had a problem.

Thanks for battery charger info, guys. Makes sense. Im so used to hoarding batteries that I assumed I would need to keep several on me, forgetting that longer battery life is one of the features for the stick. Janty's site says July 29 for the 510 adapter, maybe ill give them a call.

Sorry to hijack your thread, Chief.

Janty, whats up with the Janty Stick Dura adapters?! Your site says "DSE901 adaptors available in our shop! DURA adaptors available 29 July 2009!" , yet no Dura adapters listed on your site anywhere. I really want to try the JS v2, but am not going to purchase more atomizers as I have 15-20 Dura attys already. Please advise!

I've had mine for almost 2 months now and love it!

Form factor is hard to beat. Light, fits in back pocket (though I don't sit down on it) and button is where you'd want it.

Batt life for me has been 4-5 hours heavy vaping which worked great when I went camping for 2 weeks with no electricity. Just used a car-usb adapter and kensington to recharge on the JS - even while vaping it.

I now have to find reasons to use all my original 901 hardware.

Just a short question, I was under the impression that the circuit boards have been sealed, would juice vapors and leaks eventually erode this sealant? If so what would be the consequences....I would not use water or alcohol to clean the board, just absorbant paper and dry blotting. But there is also the back which I don't think there's any way to clean, as the front piece to my eye can't be removed?? (Haven't wanted to push my luck with it)

Chiming in too late to influence your decision, but can definitely affirm it...I have, and carry, both.

The Kissbox seems to give stronger flavors, more of the "throat hit" sensation, while the Stick definitely produces a softer, fuller volume of vapor. At the moment, I'm putting "darker" flavors (coffee, chocolate) in the Stick, and "lighter" ones (vanilla, fruit) in the KB.

I got the extended KB, which includes the little case...stashing an extra atomizer, two charged batteries, and a second manual switch in it in the morning gives me a nice "security blanket" feeling. I don't take an extra battery for the Stick, but do carry it's USB passthrough and use it often.

Seems a tad extreme when I write it out like that, but then I was always one for redundancy when it came to analogs...haul an extra, unopened pack & make sure there were lighters all over (desk drawer, glove box, pocket, purse...ahhhhh, good times!).

Hope you enjoy them both!

i ordered my js saturday night, coincidentally, my 501 atty crapped out on sunday. first thing monday morning i shot janty a quick email asking for overnight shipping. they were quick to respond and happy to oblige ~ and at a very reasonable price. (luckily i haven't sold my npro yet so i had a back up to get me thru monday). well, it's tuesday and my stick arrived around 11AM. i couldn't happier with Janty's service and thought i should share that.

oh yea, it's been 11 hours with the stick. ergonomically, it takes some getting used to, but other than that, it's awesome!

I ordered mine Saturday night too! A bunch of my 901 batts started dying (a sign, perhaps?) on me, so i decided to upgrade to the Stick. Still haven't recieved mine yet because Janty was out of the wall chargers for the batteries for the stick in my order, but I shot Ethan an email and he was going to send it out sometime Tuesday. I can't wait!!!

Question for all you experts out there... I really love my 510 except for the battery life. It looks like I could get much better battery life with a Janty Stick for my 510. Is there some reason why they are not more popular. I see all kinds of discussion about SD's and Prodigy's, but very little about Janty Sticks. What's the beef with them?
