Well.......if you're ready for the whole boring story.....here it comes. Started vaping in Jan of this year. I bought 3 901s. I liked them but they needed filling more often than I would like to have done and they tend to leak juice into your mouth if you are not careful. I learned about topping off and was pretty happy until a friend got a 401. I tried two of those. They we ok. I liked that they used ALL of the juice in the cart and only went through 3 batteries a day. I got tired of refilling those and found electric cigars (rn4062s). They were just fine but used liquid like there was no tomorrow. They topped off easily but I began to use 4-6 batteries a day. Looking for something else. I found the 510-c and got 3 of those. Loved it except for the battery life. Great vapor clouds but ran hot and short battery life. Ok....never giving up, I bought a couple of 801s (pen style). Great taste, great vapor, reasonable battery life but cut off WAY too soon. Thanks to the cigars, I got the bad habit of keeping the 801s in my mouth constantly puffing on them till I fried the atomizers.
ENTER THE STICK....still learning about them (bought 2 about 2 weeks ago). Love the battery life. Love the built-in pass through. Really love the carrying case which also holds an extra battery and an extra cart. Tons of vapor just like the 801s. You have to be careful not to puff like a smoke stack but at least they are manual. I have had success with them so far (minus the small inconveniences of start-up). I have purchased a 901 converter to try (I did so in response to many posts which claimed that the 901 had the most taste) and it works well (except for the caution above regarding getting a mouthful of juice for sucking too hard). I still like the 510 atomizers best and look forward to later this week when Ethan, Ludo and the gang bring out their 510 converters.
SOOOOOOOOOOOOO, to sum up, I like the stick the best! (YAY TEAM)
I have not gone to the screwdriver, GG or the Prodigy because of the fact that they all use more than the 3.7 volts that these atomizers were designed to use. In my mind that means that I get tons more vapor at the cost of many extra atomizers.
While investigating a design of a more advanced (read that high tech) e-cig which would have a liquid reservoir and heat controlled atomizer (the juice manufacturers recommend f 155) and a longer life battery derived from voltage regulation of an oversized battery, we found through that once you put 5 volts into an atomizer it kills it quickly...so none of the above.
The JS gives me long battery life without pushing the manufacturers specs on the atomizers and without overheating the juice. So, until someone comes up with anything which will compete with the JS...IT IS THE ONE FOR ME !!!
