What is with you peple? So what if Janty has had your money for over a month and your order has not shipped? Janty doesn't owe you any silly time wasting updates on the status of your orders! You should be glad they took your frickin orders to begin with you poor excuses for customers. And another thing, don't come here slaging on Janty, nbaagain doesn't like it.

The racket on extended warranties is much different as they typically only cover failure of certain components. I differentiate the LE and Non-LE sticks because it is a complete doubling of the warranty period with no reduction in parts covered over that time. While there is no difference in the devices other than the engraving it was the prospect of the doubled warranty that finally convinced me to order the LE Stick. To me, the warranty was worth the extra cost, minus the $25 credit they already issued.

A 6 month warranty is long enough to ascertain if your device is defective or not. Charging double price on the LE (which is the same as a non-LE) for a replacement item such as an atomizer that costs less than 20 bucks is a good business practice. :D

    I really don't understand these problems -
Janty always gets back to me promptly and professionally -

Sometimes things just don't go right for some reason - Have you all been checking your TRASH or JUNK mail boxes? - Sometimes SPAM filters are too tight - I do sometimes find JANTY e-mails in the junk box for no apparent reason -

Ethan and Jeff are ACES in my book :)

We'll have to agree to disagree then. You feel slighted and I understand your reasoning behind it.

What price difference do you think there should have been? (Just curious)

It's not that I feel slighted, it's just that any limited edition promotion is by definition a offering of the top of the line product with all of the trimmings in fancy packaging. What we received was a serial number (some got names or sayings) engraved on a standard JS that sold as a preorder for $70. The suppliers added about $14 more in accessories for the LE, the box is moot. So a guesstimated price-point for the LE would be about $84 with an extended warranty cost that seems fair set at $10 for a total of $94. ;)

Personally I love the JS and have had excellent service from Janty. JantyUSA is the only company I have made purchases from for hardware and liquids. I'm waiting on a new order for carts and liquids that shipped out quickly. I love the company...hate the LE promotion. From a business standpoint dressing up a standard stick is the equivalent of putting expensive lipstick on a pig...then charging double for the pleasure of a kiss.

I can appreciate the frustration that many seem to be experiencing with Janty's ability to deliver their products. I own a few of the Dura-C's but my recent issue concerned an order that i placed April. I ordered about a 100 bucks in carts and liquid from Janty. After many weeks of watching my reserves dwindle, I finally got a response email. After ordering from another provider, (which took about 3 days) and waiting a few more weeks I finally just cancelled my janty order last week.

I guess what upset me about it was the lack of communication about my order and its status. One would think that if the order was backordered or if there was an issue you with it, that they would contact you at some point in the 50 days to let you know...

its odd the wedsite says that there out of stock and not to order. yet i got an email response this morning from janty saying that they were in stock and shipping imediatly. it was in response to an email that i sent just yesterday asking about ship times. so i was think that maybe they are tired of having to replaced sticks b/c of broken buttons and other common problems so there putting a hold on current stock of V1's untill they get V2's, or maybe there upgrading the V1's instead of replacing them, idk just having fun on a thought train.

    Choo Choooo

or maybe they really are out of stock for now.

Glad to hear everyone is getting their sticks and emails. I haven't gotten an email to a question yet. He emailed me real quick on the first one.

I've been reading all through the Dura C and Stick post and I am all turned around. I have only used njoy penstyle and nothing but problems since the beginning.

My concern is the stick is so new and supposedly Janty will be making a metal one soon.

I need your help folks and maybe I'm on the wrong thread but you also will know. I'm trying to decide which one to buy. The Dura C or the Stick. As I stated, I'm concerned about the newness and that it's plastic.

    Any feed back friends?
