i'm in the opposite position, and bought yesterday a dura auto. just as the little black backup or for the fine style of it. i'm fine with my stick and other gear, and the bigger battery helps taking more consistent draws out of it opposed to the kissbox battery.

buy this stick, otherwise you will always ask yourself how it would be.
and until the dura adapter is coming you can sneak peak a little bit of 801 richness of flavor. in the long term you will be happy about its cheap battery replacements.

After trial and error and using the tips I'v graciously been given, I've noticed the way the switch is engaged decides the vapor production if any (obvious I know but read on). Specifically, unless I press it on just the right spot I will not get the familiar crackle and pop of the atomizer engaging and the ultimate output I so crave. Thus, it works 1 out of 3 times and the Dura gets hot so that I must give it a rest only to repeat the same cycle again...1 in 3 puffs. This occurs when cycling my 2 manual batteries and the pass-thru so I doubt the individual button is the culprit. I was wondering if anyone else had a sensitive or intermittent button on their manual e-cigs or if I'm expecting too much from the switch. :D

Thanks in advance!:thumb:

Oh and Wegster...I'm sure the gals would appreciate the imput!

Well, I guess using the term 'somewhat' wasn't the best choice. WHen I do the burn, I set the atty aside for quite a while, often 5 minutes or more. Usually I set it aside on my computer desk and do something else for a bit. Didn't mean to imply that it may still be warm from the previous burn cycle when I fired it up again.

Ok - well then - dunno - lol
I had done an actual somewhat and sure that is what killed mine - I saw it pop :(

so no reply from a Janty rep. Guess I'll email them and see if I can get warrenty replacements.

I fully charged all of my batteries (I have 3) only 1 of them works for more then 5 minutes. I know it's not my atomizer since it works great with the usb passthrough.

Getting so frustrated with struggling with this thing that I'm about ready to give up on esmoking :(

Murph, shoot an email to Ethan@JantyUSA.com. I had an issue with one of my orders and he answered the email swiftly (I sent it Sunday night, he answered early Monday morning) and told me he would correct the issue ASAP. I'm confident that he will do exactly what he said he would.

ROCK!! Order #5191 (6/9/09) has arrived and vapor thru the roof!!! Only took a few minutes to get the atty warmed up and now, I can't even make it to the red line before feeling the throat hit!! Ethan did an amazing job and set me up with a few extras for my time - which was not all that long. Plus, his first email, Friday, resulted in a delivery to me today, Monday. Janty is the best! Thanks Ethan.

Cannot find V2 atomizer on the site. Anyone knows what it is? Ludo says that V2 stick comes with it and you can order more off the site but it is not marked as V2, so don't know which one it is. Also, what is the difference between those atomizers(V2) and regular ones?

I believe the v2 atomizer is the same as the Kissbox(if you want warranty) or get the 801 TAWA with reduced or no warranty.

My poor Dura C is collecting dust since the stick got in, if the V2 is metal housing put me down for one though. I was re wiring a friends boat this weekend and almost dropped a big crescent wrench on my stick, my heart almost stopped. Metal is better, wouldn't mind if they made it just a little larger and went with a 2400 mAh 18650 battery as well. :hubba:

Keep up the good work Janty!
Glad to see the TAWA's back in stock also.

As far as Ludo has said, v2 will pretty much be like v1 except the inside will be sealed up better. The body will still be plastic.................although you never know about v3:confused:
