Always use a tight fitting cart to manipulate atomiser.. The one that came with the atomiser is usually the best as its a blank tight fitting cart.

Hope this helps..

The tightest fitting cart for the 801 atty is a cart for an m201. Anybody that owns a JS should have a couple of m201 carts/mouthpieces hanging around. They are the unofficial JS atty removal tool. =)

The m201 attys work damn well with the JS too. Shawn at Litecig has them in stock. (oops, am I not supposed to mention another vendor here?)

Finally a device that has a battery life to accomidate the cart capacity :D Janty Stick is my all time favorite, and the 801/Kissbox cart is a great match with it.

Bandit, did you get yours yet? What do you think? I'm working with some folks on a cart mod for the 801 that should make this a killer PV with low maintenance.

it seems so Dorian.

but i still think it will be some amulett type thing mainly for the ladies, we will see.

Jantys news still say :

JANTY™ CAMEO:
LR technology.
DURA atomizer.
Cheap replacable and rechargeable battery.
vape through USB (via power outlet or USB computer outlet or USB car adaptor outlet) or vape AND charge tthe battery inside the unit.
Particular technology and unique special features.
Dripready.

quiet similar to the stick description
and Ludo still refused to say something about LR technologie.

LightResistant
LimeResistant
LaserResistant
or maybe ...

LostResistant .. that where the chain comes into play for the amulett :)

In your bushes, watching you undress
I did receive it today, super fast shipping from parked!

I can't tell if I really love it yet. Here's why:

1) Inconsistent. One hit I might get a TON of vapor, the next might be next to nothing. It is very strange. Now one possibility is that I just need to get used to using it, it is quite different than using a 510 w/auto batteries.

2) I picked the WAY WRONG carts. I heard so much rumbling about RY4 that I had to try it. Normally the comments were on threads talking about tobacco flavors, so I went based on that... bad idea. It sickens me, so I'm not hitting the JS for a while until I get more carts. I ordered some juice, but apparently I forgot to order 801 empty carts (duhhh). I swore I did, but I ended up with Dura carts, whatever. I tried pulling out the fill from my RY4 cart and rinsing it clear then drying it, and filling it with some juice... but I still only taste the RY4 for some reason.

So far the only way I can get a killer hit is to do two HARD primer puffs, then I have to suck on it like I'm trying to suck wet concrete though a coffee stirrer... then I get a lot of vapor.... most of the time.

Go down to walmart and pick up some fairfield high loft quilters polyester batting. I don't prefer the polyester filler myself, but that's pretty much whats in the blank carts. If you dont like the RY4 flavor be sure to use soap and hot water on your empty plastic cart to get rid of the flavor.

Also, keep in mind the prefilled carts are not consistant at ALL! The filler may have been too tight, which gives poor wicking and liquid flow.

Also, the 801/kissbox atomizers are good for dripping. 2 drops on the atomizer coil and puff until its no longer smooth, then redrip. That will allow you to experience the JS if you dont have filler :)

Another tip on the JS. Hold in the button until it turns red, then release and repress until it flashes. Ludo provided that tip a while back and it gets some massive lung hits and vapor.

EDIT: One last thing, not sure how you puff on your PV, but I always pull the vapor directly into my lungs, I don't pull into my cheeks first then inhale, like I did with analogs.

Thanks for the tricks, I will try it now!

I am only used to my L88b and 510s which you need to draw into your mouth, then inhale... a straight lung-draw doesn't seem to work very well. Maybe it works better on the JS, so I'll give it a shot once I get this horrid bread taste out of my unit. I think I'll do a soda cleansing of my atomizer at the same time to assure me that I'm starting fresh.

Oh ****balls...

I am hacking my ... off, LOL

So I did the 2 heavy primer puffs, then direct lung draw till red, released, re-hit the button and kept the lung draw up until it flashed.

Ever try to exhale a wool sweater? Neither have I, but it has to feel a LOT like what I just did....

A few more tricks for ya, or well, what I do, and seems to work real good.

At the end of the day, blow out your atomizer (both ends) into a napkin, and let it rest battery side up overnight. When you pick it up in teh morning, drop 2-3 drops on the atomizer, give it a minute to soak in. Plug up your cart (or just puff on the drip, whichever your choice). Give it a primer puff or two, then you're good to go.

I clean my atomizers in alcohol if I change flavors, because I dont like the lingering flavors due to my DIY experiments. I have 2 atomizers that I rotate regularly. To clean the atomizer, I blow out the liquid, run it under super hot water (both ends), blow the excess water out, then soak it in 70% isopropyl alcohol for about 2 hours. Pull the atomizer out, run it under hot water again, then blow it out, and let it rest. Once dry I put a couple of drops of liquid on the atomizer coil and toss it in a ziplock bag and let it sit until I'm ready to use it.

If you're just set on using the polyfill, I highly suggest to build your own carts. Use as litle fiberfill as you can get away with (without it leaking and flooding your atomizer, this will take practice to get right), use a straw mod to make refilling the carts easier.

Every cart I like to blow the excess liquid out of the atomizer so that it does build up too much (this may not be necessary, but I do it anyway). I take a rolled up napkin and make sure there's no liquid on the battery screw inside the bottom of the atomizer cavity.

I always drip 2 drops on the atomizer coil before plugging the cart back in after I've refilled.

I hope this helps, and enjoy that JS. It truely is a great device!

Hi - question regarding the Janty atomizer and the JS. I know it may have been answered before but I can't find it anywhere.

I have noticed that the Janty atty seems to produce a slightly harsher vapor than the generic 801 atty I have (and perfer). Wondering if anyone else has noticed a similar difference?
I have noticed that too many puffs too close together dries the cart wick at the tip. Slow down a little and it's fine, but can be very harsh if you forget yourself.
I do need an aide to get especially a new atty in far enough, I use a fat rubber tipped BP pen to twist it in far enough (takes some muscle), but after a couple times finger tight is fine. Don't twist on and twist off the carts, you'll get fibers on the mesh, they don't taste very good after a few heat-ups! Push it straight on and pull straight off.
