I've been doing the e-smoking thing for over a year now, and I have NEVER had good luck with boiling atomizers. It always seemed to kill 'em (even if they weren't dead, and I was just trying to clean them.)

I blow mine out regularly, and if I start getting a bad taste, I will hold them under the faucet for 30-60 seconds, with a dab of dishwashing liquid in 'em, and it seems to work.

Here is one BIG thing I've noticed--I don't understand the voltage difference with the Stick & the old penstyle batts, but my attys are definitely lasting longer with the Stick.

If I washed out an atty before, it would take a lot of priming & constant puffing (without inhaling) to get the atty back to normal (with a penstyle battery). But now when I wash one out & put it in the Stick, the atty seems to recover much more quickly.

I am interested in buying a stick. Kate51, you say that you use the cheaper 801 atties - do you need some kind of adapter or does the Janty stick just take those atties as well as the kissbox classic atties?. RenaissancePuffer I would also would like to know if the 12V to usb adapter for the car is the same adapter the kissbox classic has? Thanks so much

I couldnt find the kissbox car charger, but if it has a standard USB port on it, then sure, that would work.

I bought a 2 port USB to 12V car adapter so my girl and I can both charge/passthrough while in the jeep. This will work just fine and it's fairly cheap. You may be able to find a better deal. I think I paid 7 bucks (shipping included) for my 2 port, but it took forever to ship.

12V DC Auto Plug to 5V USB Car Charger Adapter

Also, if you need extra USB cables for your Janty Stick, it's a simple standard USB plug on 1 end, and 5-pin USB mini plug on the other. Very cheap.

how much are the janty sticks,
and how much more vape do u think u get out of it, than a 510.
IS it really that much of a difference?
If so, I may have to get one.

You don't get more vapor than a 510. The vapor on a JS is lighter. You get longer battery life out of a JS over a 510.

Overall, if you like your vapor hot, more like cigarette smoke, get the 510 and a PCC.

If you like your vapor on the light and cool side with longer battery life, get the Janty Stick.

I've had mine for close to a month.

The battery life is long, I'd say 4 hours easily of HEAVY vaping. I've had it last me all day long at work. The batteries are also affordable!

Atomizer life really depends on you. I've heard the Janty Classic Kissbox atomizers (the one that it comes with) are fairly sturdy. One of mine is dead, but that could have been a newbie mistake. Either way, the warranty is good, just take care of them so Ethan doesn't have to swap em out so often :p

My only other PV is a Janty Mini Fogger, which is really no good comparison to the JS. The Mini Fogger has warmer vapor, but much less. The cart capacity is like comparing pennies to silver dollars. Battery life doesnt even come close. 90 minutes or two hours on the Mini Fogger.

Really, I dont think there is anything about the JS that I would want to change.

I'd say go out and buy one, but I really don't know what you're looking for in a PV. This has it all, but it's different from the others.

Janty I am in the uk and I have to say your payment and invoice system is totally screwy.

The first time I placed an order with your NL store I was at a total loss.

I confirmed and everything dissapeared from my cart.
No automatic link to paypal for payment.
Totally confused did the order go through or was it cancelled.
Only when I received an email telling me to send funds to a gmail addy via paypal did I figure out I had actually managed to place an order.

It is the norm to pay when you order as in be taken directly to the payment method you select when you confirm.

Or at least put a note up on the site when the order is confirmed so your new customers know what to expect.

Other than that the service was very good .

I was doing the same exact thing with the v2 original black atty! It died and was replaced with a silver one and this one screws in so easy now!

Had a reverse issue here, my titanium atty fits in tighter (janty brand) then the matte black one.

I like to use the white cart caps on the end of the atomizer to help screw them in, seems to work real good.

I have had the Stick since it first came out, in fact I have two, a V1 and a V2, as everyone else has said, the battery life is terrific. 5 - 7 hours for me. I have a separate charger other than the USB that comes with it, and on that the battery charges in 70 mins.

I has a great throat hit, depending on what juice you use of course, and is fairly easy to maintain and keep clean.

Atty's depend on you, I have only lost one and that was DOA.

Its not perfect, but then which e-cig is ?

I agree with Ethan and Apachedug... I just dont do the washing of atomiser thing any more...

Blow the extra juice out, onto a piece of kitchen roll and leave it standing for a few hours so any surplus juice can seep out, is the best way I have found.

Anyway this vid is for all those who have endured the sad loss.....

I have long since donated my V1 to a co-worker after going high-volt, but I can speak to it.

Perfect form factor
Light in your pocket
Never killed an atomizer
Absolutely AWESOME for dripping with an M201 atomizer
Great battery life
Built in USB recharging that acts like a passthrough and takes a standard cable you can get anywhere.
Nice looking
Cheap parts (batteries, atomizers)
Great vapor production

In the interests of being fair, I will say a lot of people have reported problems with the switch on it. However, I can say that I never had a single issue with my V1, and to the best of my knowlege the new owner absolutely loves the thing and has had no problems either.

And I'd still be using it, but once you do 801's at high voltage, you just can't go back. It ruins you.

Hope This Helps

I was about to buy one of these around an hour ago but was deterred by a couple things. $12 flat shipping kinda blows from Janty USA, there is no battery charger listed on their site, and there is mention of a Dura/510 adapter but its nowhere to be found on the site. Anyone know about the battery charger and a 510 adapter?
