Customer Service got back with me and they're taking care of the problem. Even though I ran into this little problem, I'm still glad I went with Janty. They've been absolutely pleasant and are shipping out a replacement ASAP.

Hey Tecratk,

glad to hear youre enjoying the mini fogger. My girlfriend always steals mine and uses it with no nicotine =) I too love the design and ease of use with it; but having said that if you are trying to give up analogs and reach a point where the mini fogger isnt "enough" for you, then dont despair - i would strongly recommend that you either go for the dura-c ( with the button ) for an upgrade as its basically the same as a minifogger, only stronger - or if you want to join the club of all the rest of us happy vapers, then go with a jantystick v2 - cant really go wrong on that.

My reason for saying the above isnt really a sales pitch - you can choose whatever brand you want out there; Its up to you. But if i was to recommend a first time e-cig smoker that wanted to drop analogues something, it wouldnt be the minifogger - its good, but in my mind it wont be enough in terms of battery life, or power/throat hit to keep off the analogues if your analogue smoking was on a somewhat medium / medium plus side.

So as i said, dont despair - the minifogger IS good, and if its enough for you, then god bless, - but keep in mind that the next step up is the dura-c, and then the jantystick (in terms of power + battery life) - and thats my message to you; And again i must underline i only say it to help you keep off analogues, and not to get you to buy our products; Thats a choice you make.

And good luck with it! im nearing 4 months of no analogues myself, and i personally started on a dura-c, and moved to a jantystick - and its working like a charm. Have only touched 2 cigarettes in all that time, and only took 3-4 puffs of each, and they were horrible. ;)

Good morning!
Just wanted to share a couple pics I took of my mod. Since the carts did not come with my order, I had to get creative if I wanted to try this thing out.
The stick is from an elderberry bush. They have soft pith at the core and can be easily hollowed out with a long drill bit (by hand, no power tools!)
So I had read about dripping and thought I would try it.
Like others, it took a little while and was a little frustrating to get the atomizer to contact the battery connection. But once that got linked up, b-bam, vapor like crazy. Very cool, very fun! I like it.
Oh yeah, the juice. Read on the forum also about making juice from mosty vegetable glycerin and a little water and flavoring. I wouldn't say this is a great tasting vapor, I want to try lots of others, but vanilla was pretty good.
First pv. Crazy fun.

Both of my orders with Janty have been missing something. Carts also missing from my JSv2.

I had some carts to fit, otherwise I would have been so POd.

Nice mod you came up with. Hope your order gets completed.

As for me...done with Janty. If they come up with something I want, I'll get it from a reseller or the classifieds here.

Just a small update on the "nasty taste" post I made.
After refilling my 1st cart with 24mg of JC Tenn Cured, I still get a burnt taste but only AFTER I pull on the V2 til the red light blinks. At first I thought it may be the OEM fluid that comes with the device. However, it seems to an overheating issue. I removed the one and only cart I have used, (I certainly didn't want to open all 5 to test) and I opened a fresh RY4 Janty cart, and to my astonishment, the RY4 tastes quite good! AS LONG AS I don't pull on the thing like a bilge pump! I also find the pre-filled carts from Janty are Chock-a-Block full of juice. The "Pen Style" carts are supposed to hold about 1.3ml. These sure seem to have that much direct from the manufacturer! But, only 16mg strength. My JC-TCured is 24mg. and I have about 10ml of 36mg "M/boro" that came with my RN4081. If I hit that with the "Stick" I'll probably have to be in a "seated position"! I'm 6'3" tall....quite a distance to fall! ö I have seen some 54mg Nic juice at 2 or 3 web sites....but, one may need to be laying down flat under a white sheet before hitting that "skull popper"! In other words, DO NOT hit more than 36mg strength juice! NO ONE needs Nicotine at IV push levels! Not even if you smoked 4 packs a day for 40 years....and are still alive.

I'm sure everyone here is a former cigarette smoker. I'd like to know why you tried E-Cigarettes. I'll tell you all why I did in 3 letters, not sentences or 3 words, but just 3 letters! ---> FSC If it were not for those 3 letters, I would still be killing myself with tobacco cigarettes.

You all have a wonderful Labor Day weekend...I'm gonna top off my V2 cart with some leftover 36mg juice and see if I can raise every hair on the top of my head! Albeit, while in a "seated position". I'm still "too tall to fall!"

You guys suggested waiting a few between hits so my cart would wick. Ive been doing that, and dripping. My cart still looks brand new and juicy. So all that works is dripping, I want my cart to work! Ive tried the straw mod, not the PTB one yet, That one makes me a little scared, I tend to screw things up.
So here it is:
Full cart
Wont work...at all! Never dries out
Ive made sure my atty is all the way in
made sure the mouth peice is all the way in
Is it just me? Its driving me nuts!

Hey all, I'm new to vaping sort of, smoked my last analog on the 13th of august at 10:30 pm. I used to smoke marlboro smooths (had a minty menthol taste) and couldn't stand a regular red or anything like that. SO when i started vaping I've tried like 15 different flavors from two different brands, both well known. One is fairly good so far (brand that is) sept for the fact that it starts to burn my throat after very little time which is a really bad thing. Makes it very unenjoyable. So i tried this other brand that had reduced PG content, and well... none of those flavors are even remotely like they say they are. They all taste the same to me... That one also was burning my throat after a little bit. SO last night I decided ah what the heck, and pulled out a high strength pre-attomized cart of Tobacco flavor which I already thought smelled HORRID. Well... I vaped it, vaped it some more and was like hmm... this isnt bad actually... wtf? XD

So for the tl;dr, here I am at Janty. I see this "Boost" and RY2 3 and 4 liquids. Also the vanilla I'm interested in. What's the deal with those flavors, anyone able to liken them to something I may have tasted?

So Im getting a bit nervous being down to one atomizer for my stick. I ordered the Dura adapter since I have so many Dura atomizers and should have been good on hardware for the rest of the year. I know the Classic Janty atomizer that shipped with the stick has a 6 month warranty, but it is loosing its kick already, works but not as well as it did when i first started using it.

So....while im not livid I dumped 20 beans into the barely working Dura adapter yet, I am getting nervous and annoyed on the lack of news about the replacement.

Any updates yet?

JerriB... what you are describing is a VERY common problem.

And you are doing nothing wrong !!!

I have been vaping for 6 months now and have found this to be problem more noticable with 801 atomisers, probably due to the length of them.

Its down to the draw, so if you draw lightly it means the filling in the cart is wrong for you..

So the only way around this, and there is no exact answer, is trial and error, you see there is a third element in this sum, and that is the juice you are using, some are denser than others.

Try removing the filling using tweezers, and if I am right, you will see one of two things...

1) A filling that is wet at the top only
2) A soaked filling.

If it is number one, then before replacing the filling, add about 10 drops of juice to the empty cart, replace filling slowly to absorb juice, and then top up with a couple of drops.

If its the second one... then cut a small section, full length from the filling and replace and try again...

See if any of this helps.. before we go deeper into it.
