Customer Service got back with me and they're taking care of the problem. Even though I ran into this little problem, I'm still glad I went with Janty. They've been absolutely pleasant and are shipping out a replacement ASAP.
Hey Tecratk,
glad to hear youre enjoying the mini fogger. My girlfriend always steals mine and uses it with no nicotine =) I too love the design and ease of use with it; but having said that if you are trying to give up analogs and reach a point where the mini fogger isnt "enough" for you, then dont despair - i would strongly recommend that you either go for the dura-c ( with the button ) for an upgrade as its basically the same as a minifogger, only stronger - or if you want to join the club of all the rest of us happy vapers, then go with a jantystick v2 - cant really go wrong on that.
My reason for saying the above isnt really a sales pitch - you can choose whatever brand you want out there; Its up to you. But if i was to recommend a first time e-cig smoker that wanted to drop analogues something, it wouldnt be the minifogger - its good, but in my mind it wont be enough in terms of battery life, or power/throat hit to keep off the analogues if your analogue smoking was on a somewhat medium / medium plus side.
So as i said, dont despair - the minifogger IS good, and if its enough for you, then god bless, - but keep in mind that the next step up is the dura-c, and then the jantystick (in terms of power + battery life) - and thats my message to you; And again i must underline i only say it to help you keep off analogues, and not to get you to buy our products; Thats a choice you make.
And good luck with it! im nearing 4 months of no analogues myself, and i personally started on a dura-c, and moved to a jantystick - and its working like a charm. Have only touched 2 cigarettes in all that time, and only took 3-4 puffs of each, and they were horrible.
