A soaked filling.

If it is number one, then before replacing the filling, add about 10 drops of juice to the empty cart, replace filling slowly to absorb juice, and then top up with a couple of drops.

If its the second one... then cut a small section, full length from the filling and replace and try again...

See if any of this helps.. before we go deeper into it.

Its the soaked filling, Its completely saturated all over and down. What do you mean? Like making it skinnier, or shorter? Ive also done the staw mod, it didnt help either.

Ark...

Your question is hard for anyone to answer really as everyone I talk to has a different idea of what the juice tastes like.

If you check the vid reviews section you may find a few video reviews of juices, which may help you a little.

One thing you need to understand immediately is that NO juice replaces the taste of cigarettes.. It cant do that, as part of what we taste is tobacco burning.

RY4 to me is sweet and reminds me of caramel with a bit a spice added to it. Most tobacco flavours to me either are nut based or almost syrup based, so are therefor a little on the sweet side. With the exception of French Pipe which to me tasted like flat Ginger Beer...lol

I found once I realised I couldnt copy the taste of a cigarette I moved on, and learnt to enjoy the tobacco flavours for what they are..not what I expected them to be.

I love the fruitier types for evening vapes, and the menthol types for day time.

So maybe start with Vanilla, if you like Vanilla normally then you will be fine with that sort of flavour in a juice.

Good Luck

make it skinnier Jerri... cut it down one side...

I have that problem quite often, I get everything spot on, and then a different juice, and we have to start all over again...lol

Make sure the fillings isnt too compact, and dense.

Straw mod is fine.. but wont work if the filling is too dense for the particular draw you have..

See this is where it goes wrong, some of us draw hard for two second.. some 5, and so on... hence its impossible to cater for all.

Its not the same when using a shorter atomiser like a 510 ( Dura) as its easier for the juice to run down the shorter sides.

I would be willing to bet... you vape quite hard...

Now if you put the JS down for a few moments, then pick it up, that first vape is ok isnt it?

Its just its taking longer for the juice to run down that we are giving it in between vapes, hence the juice stays where it is.. in the cart.. as we are constantly sucking it ...so it stays put... make sense?

Im a constant vaper too...hence the same problem...lol

Think of it like this, you have three elements that need to balance perfectly to your particular draw..

1) density of juice
2) densisty of filler
3) length of time between draws ( inhales )

All those three have to be spot on.. or the juice will run run down the side of the atomiser at the correct rate.

So keep me informed ....lol

Good Luck

Hey Jerri,

Another thing to try is not having the filler be flush with the cartridge - try having it extend the cartridge by a bit - say 0.5 mm - that does the trick for me. I also use my own filler material, and i normally dont pack it too tight, and let it protrude and NOT go flush with the edge and it works flawlessly.

I know there are over a couple handfulls of atomizer cleaning methods posted across these forums, but is there a vendor supported method of atomizer cleaning? After a little over 10 days of using a Janty brand classic penstyle atomizer on my janty stick, the kick has diminished significantly. Im using only janty carts and liquid.

What ive done so far is to blow out the atomizer, from the connection end, soaked up all the juice that blew out. Using a twisted up paper towel, cleaned out the janty stick atomizer slot, until the tip of the towel was dry. Put two drops of liquid on the atomizer bridge, loaded up a brand new cart with a fully charged JS battery. Normally the first 3 or 4 drags from this maintenance would almost cause my eyes to roll back in my head, now its just barely enough to curb a craving. The atomizer threads have been cleaned as well.

Any suggestions from Janty? This is the only JS atomizer I have at the moment, so Im kinda in a pinch right now.

I recently, June, went from frustrating NJOY defects to Janty's Dura C. I've loved it from the beginning. Good vape and batteries last a decent amount of time. Love that they charge so quickly.

I just ordered more batteries and attys to have on hand. I got the new longer battery and noticed the end is completely sealed for dripping. I am trying them out today to see how long they vape and recharge.

Only one thing I'm not happy about, but maybe I'm doing something wrong. I find I have to top off often with a bit of ejuice still left in the cart. If I vape on it past a point, I am getting a harsh throat hit. It could be I've overused the cart but don't know of anything I can use as a filler yet. Going to try batting.

Janty has on the whole, gotten back to me within 12-24 hours of the countless emails I've sent asking questions and bugging them. They have treated me really good and I get my orders within a few days.

I know when the Jantystick was new and popular, they were bogged down, but to me, that's understandable. But I do agree with a message going out to inform customers what's going on.

I would like to know also. I have 3 out of my 5 801 (kb-304) attys thAt produce little or no vapor. I think they need a good cleaning, however I am don't want to do anything to void the warrentee- 17 bucks a piece is to expensive to start messing with, ishould just sen them in for replacements. That why i bought these with the warentee afterall.
As for me...done with Janty. If they come up with something I want, I'll get it from a reseller or the classifieds here.
Hey Master, I know what you mean as far as service, but I must defend them a bit. Ethan the email guy has apologized and promised to send the missing items and sort of make up for my "inconvenience". Very polite and I think just overwhelmed with the volume of orders.

Do you mean done with the company Janty as far as a distrubutor, or done with their products?

Thanks for the reply, no I dont really mean to mimic the taste of cigs, cause to be honest they taste horrible, but I'm just wondering really what people would call RY2 3 and 4 (where did they come up with those names?) and if anyone else has had the issue i'm having where any flavor i really do vape, burns my throat well before the end of the day, i mean, to the point where I get semi-depressed cause i'm not enjoying the vape any more.

Thanks i'll try to drink more, also I ordered like 4 bottles of JC thinking it'd be great when really it was not so great XD I think I could have grown on the flavor (or rather the other way around) but, I'll point out, yes I said flavor, as in singular =p they all tasted identical to me. Some unidentifiable flavor that was not peach, or strawberry or vanilla or menthol. (And yes I sacrificed 4 seperate sets of parts for each flavor). BUT that's not a bad thing really cause taste is subjective, they did offer to send me a refund packing thingy but I decided to let my buddy who happens to like it have the 80 dollars in fluids since he's new to it, likes them and cant easily buy a backstock of liquid like I can.

Flavors I've tried:

Totally Wicked: Bananna, Menthol, Coconut, Marlboro, Tobacco, Orange, Strawberry

Johnson Creek: Vanilla, Peach, Strawberry, Menthol

And that's it. I've even tried mixing my own flavors with TW's unflavored and some lorann flavorings buuut not too good results out of that so far.

Really if I could get a nice vanilla that really tasted good, like... vanilla? I'd be set I think. I loooove vanilla. TW is always sold out in the vanilla so I'm looking for other suppliers and trying different ones out.
