What I find disturbing about this situation isn't nearly as much your bad experience as the ability of ANY supplier to delete posts.

That is completely unacceptable. They can delete posts on their own forum all day, but should NEVER be allowed to delete/modify posts on an open forum.
They are not Allowed and can't

I can testify to chuck's post. TW has been deleting bad review posts left and right.. I replied to chuck on TW forum the same as I am right here, and My reply got deleted. I got my $330.00 shipment FAST ! The juice was every bit as strong as I ordered. But some parts were D.O.A. They are trying to blame bad parts on Tecc. And will not refund or replace anything. Weather it is/was TW's fault or not... Pillbox38 should not be deleting posts that claim bad customer service and faulty equipment. People have the right to know these things? You think it's bad now?... wait til the 30% off sale in December....

If you are in a different state than TW which is in FL, by federal law (it moves to a federal law because it passes through states), you have to recieve your package as it was described within 30 days of the date you paid or you can very easily reverse the charges with your credit card or bank account (which ever you paid with). TW will have to prove you received the shipment, which they wont be able to do if you haven't received it by then. Most credit card companies will also charge them (TW) fees on top of the refund for reversed transactions.

Actually..in their sub-forum here at ECF they can. A customer will obviously go to the vendor section to report a bad experience. The vendor has complete control to delete any and all complaints which is probably the single biggest problem with this forum. The vendor bias is a long standing issue.

If I was in charge of the Janty Sub forum (this one) I would delete this thread.

I wouldn't want to make myself look unprofessional by allowing someone to slate another supplier in my sub forum.

I'm not taking any sides in the dispute, As its nowt to do with me, just saying it has no relevance whatsoever in the Janty sub forum.

I agree with you all the way !! Any customer should be treated with respect. For the price, they should have the package insured, registered, signed for, etc. I've never tried them, and I don't see anything there that I want to try. 20 for a battery, no matter how long, is to dang expensive. I am glad I got something, where I only unscrew a bottom cap, insert a battery and vape away. I'm sorry for your loss of money, hopefully your order will finally show up on your doorstep.

We are not commenting on this issue, as it has nothing to do with us, and is not written by a Janty employee.

However, if someone wishes to discuss this matter here, they are free to do so. After all we do not delete threads where people say bad things about us, why should we delete them when they say bad things about our competitors?

As long as ECF rules are being followed, everyone is entitled to speak their mind here.

I believe this is the right decision.

yea.... and mine as well. I was replying to Chuck with my 2 cents about D.O.A and they deleted mine also.. I let it go when I chatted with them online and they told me no warranty. lesson learned.. But chuck got into a shouting match on the phone. He probably had the right to.

I have purchased from Janty several times and have always been very happy with what I purchased. If I had a problem, I sent a PM and it was addressed quickly and resolutions offered. I will continue to purchase from them because they realize that a satified customer will return and refer other customers.

You have some pretty good bashing going on in the V4L forum right now but I respect Mark, one of V4L's mods, for not locking or deleting the thread. Instead, they are willing to correct the issue. I have purchased from V4L and they have a warranty they stand behind and excellent service. That is why I will continue to purchase from them.

I don't expect to never have a problem but I do expect my concerns to be addressed in a timely and friendly manner.

I only purchase from vendors that stand behind their product and work with consumers to correct issues. Their are many vendors that want your business and are willing to bend over backwards to make you happy. Why deal with the ones that don't?

abhowe, you’re right, 2 wrongs don’t make a right but, I just can’t sit and have someone repeatedly cut me off, act like I owe them something, and keep repeating themselves while they have had my money for 20 days. It is them who owe me something and not the other way around.

Johnandme, thanks for the input, I will use that if it comes down to it.

rfun6, thanks for your support but I must say in all fairness that the package was US post office priority mail with a tracking number and signature required. You guys can actually go to USPS’s site and check out the status of the package with the tracking number that is stated in my first message. LOL

Mik_Janty, you’re just like your honeydew eliquid, AWESOME.

VaporHead4Life and bekah54, & everyone else, thanks for your support guys.

Unfortunately I still have under 15 posts here (since a lot of the got deleted LOL) and can’t post any links

I’m including a captured picture of my 4th posted thread on TW’s section

In case anyone still has doubts about Totally Wicked deleting negative feedbacks, send me a pm and I’ll send you a link to an image of the screen capture I have showing my 4th deleted thread with 2 comments under it. This picture will clearly show what section the thread was posted in. It will also show that I genuinely like the Janty Honeydew eliquid and I didn’t just add those comments to be able to post my story here.

The only thing different in the deleted post is the title which is “Awful first experience”. I didn’t want to use that title in Janty’s section so that people who just glance at titles don’t think my bad experience was with Janty.

Hey Chuck,

first of all thanks for comparing me to honeydew  hehe.

However, i dont think you need to go ahead and post links or in other ways begin carrying the burden of proof on here - you have said what you needed to say and i think its fair to keep this thread open for discussion in general, but lets not try to turn it into a fullscale war. I mean TW cant defend themselves here, so i dont want people posting too many accusations - i hope you understand that, and why im saying it!

Other than that, feel free to discuss - and ofcourse you are free to put in your own experiences, just.. lets keep it as mud-free as possible!
