Anyone know how to contact Boge to complain? I went on their website and I guess you need to be a vendor to contact them as they won't accept any email w/o an ID code.

I'm hoping they aren't duds and cleaning will fix the problem. I bought 3 packs in case of duds and so I can fill a bunch and not bother for a few days.
I would contact the vendor and politely explain the problem. At the same time I would also state some worked perfectly. Most vendors are very accommodating and the last thing they want is a dissatisfied customer. Hopefully they are an ECF listed vendor as in the past 6 months they've all made a small fortune so I could see a favorable resolution.
IDk where you got your carto's from but as far as price goes i think vaporbeast.com has the best deal i have found. 3 boxes(15 carto's) for 19.95 shipping included. You can choose 2 or 3 ohm, and black or SS. They were nice enough to add a prefilled strawberry in my last order. Not a big xtra but they didn't have to do it either...
I have fibromyalgia and a nerve disorder which causes me balance problems as well as shaking hands.
So I am very happy using pre filled disposable cartridges at this point. I would not be good with the filling and
dripping. For me, that is not a good option. And actually the cartridges are still much much cheaper than buying
analogs, but to each his own, whatever works But try not to give up as I am convinced this is only Nictone replacement therapy that works for me or even comes close. I cannot use the other products as their side effects are too hard on me. Vaping works but it does take time to find the system that works for as there is no one product that fits everyone as we are all individuals with different habits and tastes.

I did that straightaway. And I'm always nice, lol. Its not his fault if something's defective. He sent me a vid link showing how to fill the carto's. The same one I've watched amongst many others and I know I'm filling them correctly, fully, and that is not what the problem was. I'm not burning them, I barely used them and went through about 20cc of juice now filling so many different ones to see if it's a certain box of them, etc. Although I understand user error is the most abysmally common mistake with most customer problems no matter what device you buy but to label every customer that way is wrong.
I wrote twice after that, telling him I was filling them correctly and the taste remains and then again after reading about all the other people that had the same problem with the Boge carto's asking him to inform whoever he gets his stuff from about this for me. So far, no reply. So we shall see. He was very nice but not responding to a problem a customer has isn't very good business either.
I'm never buying Boge carto's again. Ever. That website has free shipping, that's a definite plus! Thank you!
I understand. I don't plan on giving up trying to get this to work, I just can't afford to keep buying different equipment simply because what I already paid for is defective. I did expect what I bought to work correctly or at the least, as it was intended. Not to leave such a gross aftertaste that it took 18 hrs to finally stop tasting it. I can't buy replacements for the defective carto's for a few weeks and this whole experience was just simply a nightmare and incredible disappointment. But the experience I had with gas station ecigs was great, it really worked for me, went from a pack a day to 2-3 - which is why I saved up to buy this setup after reading and researching what to buy. Now I just have to wait again.
I don't know if I'm stepping out of line here, Mods or vet please tell me if I am. But I would like to help I have some eliquids they are a nic level of 18 and down only 1 that's a tobacco it is a menthol tobacco this is sweet but is also a very strong menthol this is the only 18mg in the bunch. Apple pie at 15mg,blue raspberry 16mg,nilly bean ice cream 8mg,hot chocolate 6mg these are all 50/50 mix and the hot choc has ex flavoring in it. I think I have a unused stardust that I could send you. The only problem is I don't think I can PM yet, you have to have 20 post am I correct on this? So the dilemma would be how would we talk? Can someone please help me to help Maryliz as I do not want to see her give up on this. Also I would have loved it if I could have avoided deplenishing my savings in the last 5 months. But that was also because I couldn't find a juice I liked. But if one of the mods or vets could please chime in and let me know how I would go about helping her it would be very much appreciated. Thank you in Advance.

But it is so great to have a place like this I am very thankful for it as it did help me on buying equipment. But my biggest problem was finding a juice I liked. Now that I have found a wonderful vendor and juice all in one. Time to start saving for my provari.

Sounds like you might be hitting it to fast or the juice is too think and can't replenish the wick or atomizer fast enough

OK, I am jumping ahead here and not reading ALL the posts but I think this may help. I am eagerly awaiting my K-Go to arrive tomorrow and I got some of the Vision V2 Carto's (Thanks Vapor Eyes for the direction, havent got the kit yet but Sweet Vapes has been a dream!) and I have been reading EVERYTHING I can about the setup I got.
On the order page for the K-GO I got (same exact as you I believe) it says in big letters "Only use SR carto's on the K-Go because with LR carto's you will get a burnt taste". If this has been said I apologize, if it has not this may be the problem.
Know that I have run my yap without reading the whole post I am going to go see if its been said. DON"T GIVE UP!! I need all the success stories I can read to help me can the analogs!!

In fact I love them on my KGO and Silver Bullet.
Gotta Ikenvape 1.5 ohm LR Atomizer that works well with both also.

In all of my reading it appears that LR's give you a bigger stronger TH and more vapor so I was a little bummed that they were not recommended for my 1st setup. I have seen several people talk about using them with the K-Go so it was confusing with the conflicting information.
I guess like so many people have said on here, you have to try what works best for you and go with it!!
