To me . . .. to me . .. .

well, first of all, its an absolute bear to work with. If this is levis the other stuff is capri shorts.

. . . .. it is my opinion that it gives a smoother vape. Y'all know how high I've been pitching my coil these days, for the TH and acidic flavor. Well this stuff makes that coil position taste like a vertical coil . . . .. maybe even a genny type style. It's sweet, and mellow, but just as much or more thickness and fullness as regular 27g. That is my own personal humble (yeah, right) opinion. Plus, its a cool color (probably the cobalt and/or the titanium).

Reading about the environmental durability (this stuff was developed for NASA, no?) I wonder if it might last longer than K or N.

I recently replaced a Kanthal coil that was about a week old, and not because I was tinkering. After so many dry burns it was much darker in color than when it started. The new coil after that one confirmed my suspicion flavor was suffering.

Titanium coil wire... does it get any freaking cooler than that? Well.. maybe.. a Titanium coil in a darkzero brand titanium bf atty... a guy can dream, lol

edit- ok so Jacob's states it was developed by GE for the aerospace industry and has been used in, among many other things, space vehicles.

Very.. interesting. I wonder why the flavor would come out so much more?

It's a venture into the unknown with no assurance it is more or less of a risk than using Kanthal or Nichrome.. I'm wondering if this stuff actually heats cleaner than either of those..

Judging by the durability it would make sense the material(s) that actually break down over time (K & N) would be more likely, of the lot, to release some amount of something that one would prefer not to inhale.

I mean, if it lasts for years and years and years in industrial environments then it's got to maintain good composure under the mild demands of an adventurous vaper.

This is totally subjective, on my part I mean. I'm eager to hear what you think, cause I'd really like some confirmation on that. I think Xobe is getting his tomorrow. Maybe he'll share somefin'.
