One of mine behaves the same way. Once it has less than 1 ml, it occassionally gurgles. Also, if the battery is low, it builds up more fluid.

The juice I am using with it is 70/30 PG/VG, which is the highest VG I have. I've vaped over 30 ml on it already, and it is missing one of the loose wicks. It only leaks really bad when it is below .5 ml and the battery is low. I have spare coils, but I wanna see how long this old coil can make it. I also have a spinner coming tomorrow so I wanna see if 4.2+v helps.

I haven't dry burned them yet and probably won't. They do clean up very nicely if you take the air tube off, be careful of the two "flavor wicks" laying on top of the coil. Doing that lets you get the wick really clean and see how badly gunked the coil may or may not be. I've been using one for a month and the coil is getting kind of black and looks a little "fouled", but I'm soaking it in vodka to see how it might, or might not, clean up.

I had been dry burning once a week. It made the coil look really clean, but I’m not sure it was really needed. The coil I’m using now has been going two weeks without a dry burn. I’m going see how long it’ll last without any major cleaning. If a three dollar coil will last three or four weeks, I’m good with that. I do rinse the coil and wicks almost every day and replace the loose wicks once in a while.

I think they're well worth it! They are a little on the big side, larger than a clearo, but hold 3ml of liquid. Vapor production, flavor and throat hit are all very good, to me. They are a snap to clean very effectively. So far I have found that a T3 on a fresh X2-650 lasts just about until the T3 is empty which is kind of nice. I use them on an auto X2 with no problems at all, but they are better on a VV device since you can adjust the voltage up a little to find the level that is "just right". It is very rare to get any liquid when you take a drag and gurgles are not much of a problem. Overall, probably among the best, larger, delivery systems around.

Just my opinion, worth what you're paying for it. Your results and mileage may vary. No warranty or guaranty is expressed or implied. Proceed at your own risk.

What I do when it gets around 1ml to prevent gurgling....hold it tilted down so the juice gets off the wicks...and hit it a couple of times. It seems to help it rewick.

Everybody's experiences are different, of course, but this is the best delivery system I've tried. I'll absolutely be sticking with these at least until more advanced tech comes along, which, given the growth of the industry, probably won't be that long.

I really enjoy mine too. I have 3 now with replacement heads. Yes they do gurgle at the 1 ml mark :( I will have to try that gilpdawg! A few dry drags seems to help some times as well to clear the tube. I cleaned my first one for the 2nd time and took off the flavor wicks. They were a little brown and the coil was a bit dark but I didn't dry burn and it still works well. Will probably dry burn next time, now that I have a a couple of extras in case I break it!! LOL Excellent clearo for the $.

A couple months ago I had a coil assembly that would start gurgling a lot when the liquid in the tank got below 1ml. Replacing the loose wicks fixed the problem. Removing the loose wicks will make it gurgle more.

I’ve been using 2mm silica wick, but I just ordered some 1.5mm wick because the 2mm has been too big. If you want to buy some wick to use as a replacement, just google silica wick- 2' .

IMHO, S.I. should start selling replacement wick. I don’t really want to post a link for it on a different vendors websight.

I totally agree with you. I haven't pulled the trigger on purchasing wicks, but I just may. I have read many recommend the 2 mm but then again they just pull a couple of strands out too to make it fit.

Awesome thank you. I saw these for the 1st time on the website and got so excited i bought 2 with replacement coil assemblies before doing any research on them lol. I have read they they are a little too airy and that 3 airholes is too many. Im wondering how much of that is people being overly picky. Ive not known SI to come out with a bad product. (other than those nano clearos, blegh.)

Hmm. All my T3s have three airflow holes. I plug one of them with candle wax and - at times use a finger to control airflow through one of the other holes.

I'm one of the folks who have great luck with Nanos and crappy luck with CE3s :(

You're right, three holes not four. Dain bread after dinner I guess.
