Ms.C - sorry to hear you're sick! Glad you agreed to go to the doc and get what you need. Now, if we can just get you to stay in bed for a few days, you should be feeling much better! It really is worth it. Relapses and hospitalization are no fun.
It has been an absolutely pitiful week for tips. Doug is working on special orders and of course trying to get a few together for the other thing.
I've been working on the kitchen stuff. Are you getting tired of hearing that? ME TOO.

I'm beginning to see light at the end of the tunnel!

I painted and antiqued three of my floral panels and got them up on the walls, got my shelf brackets and am just about half way through painting them. Still need to do the floral panel for the long wall, cut and stain the shelves and some trim. Then we can get those up and I can start cleaning up this disastrous house!
I had some rather big ooops moments. The brackets I got are white... which really doesn't work, so I'm painting them. One of the brackets arrived broken, so I called amazon, got a refund and ordered a new one to be sent out immediately and I was supposed to return the broken one.
Well... I was busy painting as fast as I could and wouldn't you know it... I painted the broken one.

Can't return it now! So called amazon back, told them what happened and to stop the refund on it. That sweet woman (while stifling a giggle) decided that she was still going to issue a 'partial' refund and I should just keep it.

Thought it was all taken care of, but no. Got up this morning to discover that not only did she issue a partial refund, but someone else went ahead and issued a full refund. Now I get to call them again... all because I was too tired to pay attention to what I was doing.
My other oops was using the wrong product on my floral panels. They weren't supposed to be 'antiqued', but hey... go with the flow.

I can always re-do them later if I decide they're all wrong.
Now... like Nadiam said... if you're sick, get well soon! If you're well, stay that way!
