It's been awhile since I looked! Between Doug and I, we've saved over $11,000! That's a pretty nice raise we all gave ourselves! Amazing!

Chooch - You're saving all kinds of money between the smoking and tennis! I'd say you're way ahead!
I'm working on not being insanely jealous that you have fresh peach stands going on in your neck of the woods. There won't be any fresh off the tree fruit here until August or Sept. and for our area it's not peaches. We get apples mostly. But we also get pinto beans, sweet corn (SOOO good), and green chili. New Mexico smells so good in the fall with all the green chili being roasted in front of every store!

Kayte, I also left out the collectibles I stopped adding to.......I'm thinking I've been a down right Scrooge.....I really ought to correct that quirk.......Heh heh heh All kinds of beans here too, silver queen and peaches & cream corn, okra, squash, melons, spuds.....Chattanooga is surrounded by farms and a 15 min. drive will take you into the Peach State of GA. However, haveing lived in rural farming areas and big cities, I swear the farmers send all the "good stuff" to the cities!!!

Good & Lovely Sunday Morning Mountaineers!
That was fun last night and woot..loofah & green and banksia pod in purple tips are mine!
Yesterday we went to the vets and George has gained 1.5 lbs in two weeks. He is getting more energy and is a joy and wonderful addition to our family.

Good morning everyone! Did you dream about your tip/tips last night? Being my first auction, I wasn't quite sure what to expect; but with Momma, had a grand time keeping up with who was bidding on what. A couple of us were lucky in that the rest weren't focused on the tips we wanted. I think we got to experience what Kayte and Doug see behind the scenes on a regular tip buying night. Must say that it's a whole lot less stressful paying up! Ha! How did everyone else find this new way of buying MHM tips?

Kayte and Doug, it was a marvelous departure of our standard "shoot out" and with a choice selection of different kinds of tips! Youse guys are "the tops" in the ideas department!

KS, George is our "dude" to gladly hear of his progressive better health. Isn't 1.5 lbs like 5 lbs in human terms? He is looking darn good too. Concgratulations on your two snags. Know the Loofah was a tough "battle". LOL

Morning Molehill Mountaineers...I'm sporting my old friend Hawaiian Koa on my new Woodvil' Josey..She's a Zebra and Wenge and sure is a purty thang..PapawBrett did me a really BIG favor and sold it to me at a very nice discount..I love ECF!

Talk about almost making this old man break down and cry! Well I almost did when I opened that package.

Siri - PawpawBrett is one of the nicest guys on ECF. He sold me my first Woodvil and my sisters first one too. She got a better deal than I did and he was worried I'd have hard feelings. I didn't. She was just a better negotiator. Anyway, lots of PM's later, I had it up and running and it was in pristine shape. It's a 14500 mini and there don't seem to be many of those around. Cute as can be. Glad he helped you out!

I'm as happy as can be about my maple and clay tip from the auction. I've been wanting a clay but I wasn't going after the one I knew Chooch was going for. ALL of the tips were just beautiful but mine showed up just a little while before the auction ended. If it had been there from the beginning, I may not have been so lucky!

I haven't been out of this house for 6 days but I'm feeling better. I'm not sure I'm going anywhere today either but I'm determined to stay out of bed. Have to condition for going to work tomorrow by staying vertical for at least 4 hours at a time.

I did get one of the tips I wanted there was a clay straight and that green loofah but I said to myself only one!

Holy cow, Sirius! What a beauty you got there and what a generous man PawPawBrett is. I take it he is affiliated with Reos since he helped out Ms.C and her sister? Remember I know nothing!

Ms.C, I was wondering why no one else was bidding on Seaside! Why when the pretty yellow clay came up was going to try for that too, but looks like a couple of you were just as interested, so backed off hoping that I wouldn't have to fight it out for the one I already bid on. Sides, everyone ought to have at least one of Kayte's clay treasures.

Sparkle, got one similar to yours only taller (of course!) and in icy blue bought back mid Nov. Reminds me of a snowy day. Such a pretty sparkly thing, can't help but look at it. Just know you'll be tickled with yours too!
