That sounds like an impossible chore Ms.Cruzer!

Hi everyone! Hope you're having a good week. Glad to see lots of 'I Voted' posts. We waiting until after dinner to go vote and was shocked... shocked I tell you!... that we had to wait in line! Took us almost an hour to in to vote. It was fairly amazing. I wish I knew where all those people came from. We have never seen a line like that where we live. They said it was pretty busy all day. I think it was because they changed things here and now you can vote at any precinct in the county (which is a completely stupid idea, imo, but that's another conversation.) So my quiet little polling spot that always took a few minutes is now a hot spot. I was glad to see so many voting! (As long as they only voted once.) I'm pretty sure I raised the temp of the hallway we were standing in when a hot flash hit me. Told Doug I was going to start singing 'we're having a heat wave'. :D It felt sooo good to get back outside were it was a balmy 30ish degrees.

Doug has been busy doing set-up work. Finished pieces will start rolling out tomorrow. :D

Merryh... you kitty is beautiful!

GF3... good to see you! I take it you're planning to go to 0 nic and just vape for the pleasure of flavor and relaxation. I've thought about it... and then forgotten that I thought about it. lol

Have a good night everyone. 'See' you tomorrow.

Hey Kayte, yep thats the plan. Ive found so many amazing flavors and since ive already got the gear stocked up, seems like a waste to take a loss just selling it all off to quit completely. Going to enjoy low/no nic for a while, just the habit itself is relaxing enough and makes the commutes to and from work just that much more enjoyable. Even though I already have 11 wonderful MHM tips, I may still find a couple must haves to add to the collection. I gotta admit, I spend most of my time using that amboyna burl I last picked up, but the others do get rotated in occasionally to mix it up.

Ello. ello, ello-o-o-o, everybody! :) We're breathing, we're up.......That's a darn good start to a fine day! :D

Kayte, as I "flash" back to that time in my life, that's when I got into some serious layering of my clothing. Five minutes of "tropical heat wave" went to "artiic blast" in an instant. Why there was one time when hubbs got panicked that I was taking too many tops off right there in the mall! 8-o Fortunately, we "weathered" thru it.......and embarrassing moments were kept to a minimum. :p

GF, isn't it a good feeling to reach that "happy place"! I don't know that I'll ever cut my nic to 0 tho on the off chance that the on going studies about it helping cognitive ability particularly in the "older" group turns out to be a positive......It will be either vaping nic or eating a lot of tomatoes!

Good morning all! Haven't posted much in the last couple of days. Been busy, busy!

It's good to see peeps go down to 0 nic and vape for the pleasure of it :) I'm in the same group as you Chooch, I saw that it is helpful for cognitive function and was all over that! I need all the help that I can get ;) LOL That being said, I have cut back from 12 mg to 6 mg on any juices that I buy. I still use the 12mg that I have but also use the 6 mg and once the 12 is gone, will stick with the 6 :)

Hope y'all have a great day. Heading out in awhile to get some more baby stuff. We are having a big baby shower bash for my daughter this Sunday :D

My wife & I are having our baby shower this Sunday as well! We're expecting twin girls. Due date estimated around December 8th (estimated because twins arrive about 2 weeks earlier than singles).

Wow John! Congratulations! I can tell you from experience, twins are awesome...and tiring! My boys are grown now, but it was definitely an experience when they were little...you never saw one without the other one right there...little partners in crime! They are still very close now, even though one is away at college. You are in for quite an adventure! :D

Awesome, John! Are you seeing everything double yet? =) We will expect pictures pronto after the blessed event!

I'm whittling the nic down slowly but do not expect to quit vaping entirely. From 36 ten and a half months ago to 6 dripping and 12 tanking now. I'm happy where that is at, and active enough in my state's fb groups to find newbies in need of a PIF of higher nic juice to help them along now and then, so nothing goes to waste. I do still keep a tank of 18mg (got to use that Strawnilla up, every precious drop!) for times when I'm emotionally slipping and wanting a cig for no reason whatever. Mabe I can reframe that to "wanting a strong nic hit" and wean off the "cig" need concept entirely. Nicoticket has made it easy to cut down; most of their flavors mix very nicely so I can pick up near zero nic once in a while to cut my juice stash with.

Ziggy Zig is healing slowly, but his new shoes are helping him walk without pain while his hoof heals up. Yesterday I spent a couple hours doing massage with him. When I'm working on him this way it is easier to connect and communicate with me, for the big guy. He showed me how glad he is that he's not scared to put that foot down all the time now, and my heart was very full of joy by the time we finished. We did a little bit of weight bearing (read: me on him bareback) work afterward, and he proudly put his front feet up on his posing block and begged for carrots by bowing from side to side. Of course, I had carrots =) And so did he!

I don't care when we get back out on the trails. The little things like sitting on a short stool with his hoof cradled on my lap, massaging his lower leg, had become a forgotten art with all the summer hustle and bustle of multiple trail ride partners. He used to stand so quietly when I did these things, now he wonders if I'm going to rush him off to spend time with someone else instead of just him. I refuse to embrace self guilting here, over not spotting the pain he was in (he tried his best to hide it so he could have time with me when I was there). Horses live in the here and now, and that's the best place to make it up to him. For all I care, he can graze while I wrap up in a warm blanket beside him and read a book, if that makes his world right. Oddly, it makes my world right =)

Enough babbling! I've got a bunch of juice to make for my Fairy Vapemother gig on Saturday, and a horse to go cuddle and spoil!
Have a fantastic day!

JohnD, congratulations! :) Yep, Angelphyre, my grandmother use to tell us if one couldn't figure out what kind of antic to get into, the other could. She was talking about my dad and his identical twin who were her "boys" until she died at 97 yrs.

Keepsmiling, with vaping gear it's just so much "funner" trying out new "outfits". It's a BIG reason why I enjoy it so much! :D

Mommabird, I started with juice either 6 to 9 nic; and that's where I've stayed so far. Am trying to figure when to slip hubbs a "micky" in his 0 juice right now since he vapes so little. :p I'm so envious your grandchildren are close. It's difficult to figure out what should be shopped for at long distance......Then there's the shipping. :( Have a "grand" time at the shower!

JohnD congratulations..you will be quite busy this winter. The majority of my juice is now 6mg however I did grab a few at 12mg with latest order which was in majority of little of this and that to be mixed with other juices in my current stash. In the end guess it would make them around 9mg.

Twins are something else, I agree. I have twin grandsons, 19 months old, they are 2 little bruisers, partners in crime. Their 'older' brother was about 2.5 yo when they were born. At first, my son and dil needed lots of help to adjust to the new routine, it was crazy house over there for quite a while! :) It still is sort of crazy......lol.

Congrats to all the expecting, be you Mom, Dad, Grandma, Aunt......

I'm hoping to find a treasure in the mailbox today, heehee!

Have a great time at the baby showers!!

Congratulations to you John!

There's been a major change in plans for the day here. There won't be any tips today. Doug is laid up in pretty bad shape with his back (sciatica.) I've got him in the recliner now... which beats the floor where I found him last night. His accomplishment today will be getting up and walking around a bit in between reclining.

I hope all of you have a much better day than we're having! I'm going to have to see if I can drag the splitter out of the shed and get some kindling made. Sounds easier than swinging an axe. ;) Talk to you all later!

anti inflammatory to the rescue, I hope, Kayte??? When sciatica puts me down for the count, I go for those, plus alternating heat and ice if it's really bad. We can wait for the tips =) Time to pamper your hubby!!!

*sneaks in and leaves hot buttered scones and mexican cocoa at Doug's side, then poofs to go make some juice*
