Does that look as great in person as it does in the photo? I love it!!! It appears to go with the puzzle pieces really well!

Thanks for posting the photos for us! We love seeing how the tips look on your setups!

I'm so sidetracked by the tornadoes in Oklahoma today. I've had these tips sitting here to list, but couldn't peel myself away from what's happening in Oklahoma. My sister was in the May 3rd tornado that hit Moore in '99. The path of this one is even wider. So heartbreaking! Two elementary schools were hit hard. :(

Sorry.. just had to share that.

Here are two beautiful tips for you to see.
SOLD Dyed Green Box Elder Burl - Wood

Rustic Brown Mosaic - Acrylic

Love the green one :)
Does your sister live in Oklahoma, or other family?

No.. she lives in Heaven these days. (She's a brat. ;) ) But this reminds me so much of that day in '99. How relieved I was to hear from her and how we talked multiple times a day following it because we just needed to hear each others voices. I guess I just have such a clear picture of what so many are going through right now and it's breaking my heart.

Oh geese! So sorry (foot in mouth) :(
Yeah, I can see how that would bring back some tough memories.
You have got to get over to Vaperville & see the pen's Angel's DH makes - gorgeous!

I didn't see your foot in your mouth. ;) It's fine. Really!
She was somethin' else. She was on the scene for 7 natural disasters from hurricanes, earthquakes and volcanoes to tornadoes. We figured she missed her calling and should have been a 'first responder'.

Oooh! I'll go take a look after dinner if I can. :)

Tammie, a green dyed box elder might have to make a home on my mvp someday!;)
Good to see the wounded soldier up and back to work!
The green box elder is gorgeous. :)

    Kayte,

I'm looking for a tip to go on a patriotic tank. Red, white and blue would be great but I'm not sure (I'm not crazy about most mosaics) ....maybe just red and blue (the last red glitter was beautimus). Do you possibly have pics of some you've done?
There's a 'red, white and blue flake' on the website right now. Other than that, I don't know that Doug has made any! I'll take a look in the shop and see if we have something that would be along the lines you've described. :)

    Up on the site now:

Pink Dyed Box Elder Burl - Wood

Safari - Walnut with Inlaid Clay - Wood and Clay

    SOLD Copper Mosaic - Acrylic

I just LOVE the walnut with the clay. My first impulse was to buy it, but like yiddle, I am sitting on my hands. It doesn't match anything I have now, and that would lead to a whole new dilemma!

YUP!!! me too!!....I can just see that on a zebra tank......which I don't own
