Howdy all! Just checking in and skimming through :) Glad y'all all survived your life's disasters to see another day!!! i'll spare ya mine...lets just say I'm like a cat a have used up some of my nine lives ;) LOL

Hope y'all are having a good day. I'm still waiting on a couple of tips to arrive and will post pics when they do. One was mailed Saturday and I'm wondering if she took a wrong turn. Will check the mail in just a bit. I have a craft vapery box coming today as well:) It's kindof fun getting those and being surprised. And with CV you can personalize your profile. Haven't gotten anything bad from them yet. Also ordered a few things from TPR-been wanting to try them since they get such good reviews ;)

MHM website sure does look lonesome! Glad all of the beautiful tips all have homes and hopefully loved and cherished like they deserve :D

Quite the reading to catch up today! Lightning, car wrecks, heart attacks, demonic car, etc.! Very glad each of you survived to tell your tale and are here to enrich our lives with your smiling faces. I'm happy to report that I survived 3 close calls (two due to criminals.) Hi everyone! :D

Chooch... I got hit by my own car too! Actually... I got hit by my son. The combination of that boy and cars was a problem from day one. :sneaky: That incident was when he was about 8 or 9 months old. The car (a little chevy chevette) was sitting in the driveway with the door open while I talked with a neighbor. Son got out of his car seat and popped it into neutral. The driveway had a slope, so down it went. Never knew I could move so fast! The car was rolling backward in a U-turn and I had to hurl myself around the open passenger door, grab on to it and throw myself into the car so I could grab my baby and get the car stopped before it crashed into the neighbors garage door. It smacked me good and almost tossed me under the car, but somehow I became wonder woman for those few seconds of my life and managed to do what I had to do. At least it became good fodder for teasing him with over the years. ;)
It was weird to wake up to that! I think that's the first time we haven't had a single tip on the site!

I'm so glad Ruby found a good home. I was feeling sorry for her. :D

Be right back with some tips!

Iowa Gal, my rebuilt Nautilus coil worked fine....for two tanks. :( Then during the third tank it gurgled like mad and flooded like crazy. So I took the thing apart. Coil looked still good but the cellu cotton = rayon was really, really soaked. Wonder if I put not enough in? Too much in? Not go high enough volts? (Did go to 5.2 v = 14.23 w) Maybe use cotton balls that don't wick as fast and must keep voltage lower? Don't chain vape? Adjust the air controller from wide open to half way?

When I've rebuilt my PT's and Davides, never had a flooding/gurgling problem, so am not quite sure what to blame it on. But, I now know how to do just need some suggestions on the flooding thing. :p

I would guess that within the next couple of months we will see more information on the 'how to'. Heck even for a couple of tanks it was worth it, and with time I'm sure the coils would just get better and better. I will hold on to the used for now as I wouldn't have time to mess with it until this winter anyhow and I'm sure the methods will be perfected by then:laugh: I have no problem buying new coils as I really like them, but they aren't the cheapest things in the world. Thanks for the update;)
