I'm curious~ If only 3 or 4 tips go up on the site at a time how does anyone outside of this
thread have a chance to
buy? Or is selling only via ECF?
ECF is where I always post the tips. Occasionally I remember to post them on FB, too.

When we started out we asked if everyone would rather see them as they come in from the
shop or do a once or twice a week release. They opted for 'as they come in'.
We actually do have quite a few customers that don't post on ecf. They check the website frequently and grab them when they see one they like.
WOW Kayte that is gorgeous and exactly what I was thinking. The bronze looks like it would match the provari very nicely. Any chance of doing more in this color combo in a taller tip (more like the size/shape I usually go for). It's got that unique art appeal without giving off a girly vibe. One thing I don't have in my MhM collection is a T.Kayte original, all just bare acrylics and woods so far.
There's a good chance of that GF. I plan to make more in various sizes and shapes.

I'm glad I hit on an original you'd like to have!
I mean, that sounds a lot like a request for a custom tip....lol
if y'all are doing requests.....I want a solid GOLD tip....made out of solid silver....dipped in gold, flown to the planet Jupiter.....dipped in some ether from the planets core. then held outside the space shuttle while riding thru the nebula for the finish coat. signed by Elvis of course. ''
hope everyone is having a good weekend

Hm-m-m-m........Kayte, you need to get Doug to explain this to us! I know Doug can only make them to a certain max. hole diameter, but does the length of the tip dictate max. hole size?.....or does the length matter?
Been checking tips I have and a few seem to have a tad bit larger sized hole, but the tip seems to have more width/material to them. Could be my imagination tho......I ate a granola bar.....
The length of the tip doesn't matter. Doug uses a 1/8" bit or 4mm if someone requests it. On rare occasions he'll use a 3/16" if it didn't drill quite straight. The 3/16" will clean it up and make it straighter. On the 4mm, the difference is that the tip can't have a skinny neck. Pretty much has to be a barrel shaped tip.
On our tips, there's really no point in making them over 4mm's because the ss insert isn't any bigger. The vapor would go through a 'bottle neck' situation, if that makes sense, so doesn't make a difference in the vape to go bigger than 4mm.
Some of the difference in size hole you're seeing may be because each material can react a little different to the heat of the drill bit.

Go have another granola bar.

Your photo is gorgeous!
Hope both of you that are visiting docs today have good visits with good reports. Keep us updated!
I'm excited about something today. lol My daughter came up with a brilliant idea. All the kids have gotten a special ornament signifying something they enjoyed or did each year... they each have their own box for their collection. Well... new granddaughter has nothing. Not a single baby picture, let alone an ornament. (She'd never even had a stuffed animal until a foster mom gave her one last year.)

So... several of us are putting together a collection of ornaments to reflect her life starting with 'baby's first Christmas' and so on, up to this coming Christmas. She is going to LOVE it!
This is the ornament I've got on the way. I'm excited about how perfect it is for her! Because "There's no place like home".... and she's finally home now.

And of course they sparkle... she's a sparkly sort of girl.
Okay... enough of my mushy grandma stuff.

I've got a nice crop of tips to show you! Be back soon!
