So i'm looking for a Mtl rta for home use mostly. I'm very familiar with rdas/rtas, I am experienced with building, etc, so ease of use isnt required . Was looking at the kayfun prime/possibly trying a clone first. any recommendations on a brand of clone or any other rta's . will be using mostly 50/50 juice.

Ehpro/Naturevape True MTL RTA. You won't regret it.

I don't have one, but only because I like airier RTAs - the Ehpro True mtl RTA has gotten great reviews on here from plenty of seasoned vapers, many of them kayfun users. Well worth a try 
SXK clone of the Prime is a good choice. I have the real one and a clone and can't tell the difference in vape quality.
I bought a berserker mtl rta on recommendation here. It vapes well and the tank holds a lot, which is nice. It has one serious weirdness though: it’s not actually top fill. It has a top fill, but if you use it the thing leaks. If you unscrew the tank and bottom feed it though it doesn’t. it’s not the newest of attys so there may be better newer stuff out there now.
I have 6 of the YFTK Primes. 2 of those are rotated and the other 4 are backups. Everything else (Dvarw, Doggy, etc) is packed away. Fasttech sells them without any false branding. The box is practical but ugly. 3FVape sells them with fake branding and a fancy counterfeit box. I have 5 from Fasttech and 1 from 3FVape... mostly because of coupons from Fasttech but I do prefer them without any false branding.
A tip. Turn the atomizer upside down before you open or close the JFC. You will never get flooding if you do.

yftk if you want a prime clone. but i would suggest the true over a prime any day. its my favorite tank so far.
I've been a Doggystyle 2016 user for a year or 2 thinking none could be better than the Dog, I've used many Kayfuns over the years and the Dog beat them until the TRUE tank took top shelf. I never though my Dogs could be dethroned but the TRUE tank did just that.
Okay. The LAST THING I need is another tank, but dayumit, I've GOT to try this thing that everyone raves about.
